Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Potenza

Alloggio perfetto e silenzioso vicino al centro di Maratea. Alina è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente.

Mi sono ritrovato nel borgo dove sta la casa di Maria Gerarda per caso: cercavo un punto di sosta per dividere un viaggio in due parti. La geografia mi ha portato a questa località panoramica sul golfo di Policastro, circondata da boschi rigogliosi. La tranquillità permette di "staccare" dalla mondanità vacanziera di Sapri, poco distante 400 metri più in basso. Qui c'è molta storia e sono successi avvenimenti miracolosi, come testimonia un santuario mariano meta di pellegrinaggi. La casa è bella e grande, con il suo curatissimo giardino fiorito, tutto nuovo e con gli ultimi ritrovati della domotica come nei migliori alberghi. Non serve ripetere ciò che altri hanno già detto sulle qualità delle persone che gestiscono questa struttura, io posso solo confermarle in pieno. Mi è dispiaciuto dover partire... tra l'altro se ci andate a settembre, potreste prendere parte a un rito di devozione molto particolare di cui non anticipo nulla, così potrete scoprirlo di persona.

Alloggio corrispondente alle descrizione, immerso in luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Vengono forniti tutti gli essenziali (lenzuola, asciugamani, sapone ecc..) sia per la camera da letto che per il bagno e la cucina che permettono di soggiornare senza ulteriori acquisti. Ideale per chi vuole abbinare sia vacanza in montagna che al mare. Lo consiglio.

Franco è un host davvero eccezionale, lui e la moglie ci hanno accolto benissimo e ci hanno fornito tutti i dettagli della casa in maniera minuziosa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima all'insegna del relax, e la loro casa è un piccolo angolo di paradiso per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Siamo già in procinto di riorganizzare un'altro week end presso di loro.

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

Very very nice place with an incredible view. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is peaceful and full of charm, ideal for anyone wanting to experience authentic southern Italy away from the tourist crowds. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

Giuseppina è una host gentile ed estremamente disponibile. L’alloggio è esattamente come descritto, accogliente e pulito, si percepiscono l’amore e la cura con cui Giuseppina e il figlio se ne occupano. Ci si sente a casa. La zona è tranquilla, ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi. Consigliato!

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

La casa di Alessandro è davvero un gioiello da scoprire, spaziosa, comoda, elegante e arredata con cura e gusto. Lo spazio esterno è tutto da vivere per mangiare al sole e far giocare i bambini in piena sicurezza. E poi c'è Alessandro, un host gentilissimo, attento alle tue necessità e rapidissimo nel supporto, professionale e amichevole. Un grazie anche alla mamma che ci ha accolti nel modo migliore al nostro arrivo. Consiglio davvero con il cuore questa fantastica sistemazione. ah, c'è un trullo nella proprietà....vero!

Stunning location, stunning accommodation and fantastic host. A host that genuinely cares about their guest’s holiday experience. So many thoughtful touches that go beyond what is expected to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The interior is spotless with comfortable modern furniture and kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. An extremely useful printed book gives info on local bars/ restaurants and places to visit. Smart TV with Netflix etc, Wi-Fi where you just scan QR Code for password for easy access. I could go on and on about the level of thoughtful and considerate detail and the wonderful hosts. Then there is the stunning view and the lovely historic village/ town of Irsina with very friendly locals. Location provides great access to Matera ( about 40 mins by car) and the rest of Basilicata.. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and for being so thoughtful with regard to every single detail you have considered and provided.

Adriana und ihre Familie waren vermutlich die bisher mit Abstand besten Gastgeber die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte! Die ganze Familie war super süß und nett! Ich habe ungefragt Mittagessen von Mama bekommen, sowie eigenes Olivenöl und eingelegte Oliven vom Baum am Haus geschenkt bekommen. Adriana hat mich am ersten Tag direkt geschnappt und hat mir ein paar schöne Orte gezeigt. Wir waren essen und trinken und hatten über meinen Aufenthalt hinweg eine tolle Zeit! Ich habe mich mehr wie ein kleiner Teil der Familie gefühlt als an einfacher Gast! Unbedingt zu empfehlen!! Danke Adriana!! ❤️

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location, with the main street — including supermarkets, shops, and more — just around the corner. Massimo and his wife gave us a warm welcome, and communication was always quick and easy. Thank you so much — we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back someday.

We had a terrific stay here. The place was exactly as listed and Raffaela was a great host. She provided great directions to make it easy to find parking and walk to the apartment. We loved Castelmezzano, what a beautiful town!

Corrado's place is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. Corrado and his mother were gracious and responsive and met me at the door when i arrived. The room has a good air conditioner that cooks the room quickly, and a nice balcony, convenient for hanging laundry. Because of the central location, it does get a bit noisy, especially when the delivery cars come in the early morning, but i already knew this when i booked the room.
