The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On one side it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

The A-Mare apartment is practically in the center of the magnificent seaside village, just 30 meters from the promenade, the heart of the nightlife, and 100 meters from the beautiful Calanca beach. Apartment located on the third floor without an elevator, with 2 very large bedrooms in which you will find a double and a single bed, both rooms are air-conditioned

My place is close to the Masseta Marine Park with beautiful panoramic views; 8 minutes by car from Scario center, 15 minutes from Sapri, the City of the Spigolatrice and starting point of the Cammino si San Nilo, 20 minutes from the Morigerati caves and the Capelli di Venere waterfall. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town center, with private parking and large garden. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, even with children, and groups of friends.
