Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Medio Campidano

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. Lisa is absolutely charming and efficient. Will stay again.

Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to be quite honest, if we had not been there with friends who lived in the villa, it would have been a bit difficult in part. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface which makes it very difficult to cook. That was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. On the premises itself there are other cottages and there is a kiosk and another pool (which is fantastic) But there are also day guests on the property. All this is just for your information. Despite everything, we had a great stay.

Michael is a great Host, kind and very responsive. Excellent and private location. Spacious and comfortable house, equipped with all the essentials. Super outdoor terrace and perfect for a little relaxation. Super recommended host and home!

Everything was perfect, María Teresa and Claudio are charming and always attentive to any need. The house is perfect and has everything you need and more. Close to beaches and services such as supermarkets, pharmacy etc. In short, we would definitely stay at this place again.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Accommodation small for us great location. It was in a quiet location. Shops were within walking distance as well as the beach. Parking in the garage or on the street very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The owner explained everything to us and gave us many types for trips and restaurants. The city center is also very easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop on foot 7 min. I like the waste separation. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home equipped with everything you could possibly need. The plus was meeting the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thanks to the excellent location we visited all of southern Sardinia, from Sant Antioco to Villasimius. The apartment is located in a very nice complex of villas, we were there at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk away you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacconists, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk, there is also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, a washing machine and everything you might need. We felt at home thanks for enriching our trip. Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

Lovely apartment does not do enough what it really is, in the house we found everything we could need, great location both for its proximity to the beaches and downtown. Claudia was very kind and recommended us both for the rental and for the best beaches, highly recommended

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

Nicola, the landlord, was extremely friendly and always helpful. Always available. Check-in / out was totally hassle-free. The apartment is very quiet, nice and spacious. Parking outside the door. The location is great for exploring sights. Ideal for hiking and flamingo watching. Cagliari, very nice city, only 20 min. by car. Great beaches nearby.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rags, detergent, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.
