Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. An old farm property that was renovated in 2021. A quiet and secluded spot in a valley with fantastic views of the olive trees. The garden is undergoing renovation in 2026. There is a large terrace of about 150 m2 outside the kitchen. The sea is 20 km from the house and takes about 15-20 minutes to drive to. A long beach with long stretches of shallow water. Matera Sassi is 49 km from the house and takes about 40 minutes to drive there. All photos in the listing are from 2026
