Very pleasant stay in a spacious, clean apartment with a nice view of Lake Garda. Two beautiful pools available in a relaxing and quiet setting. Luca was a lovely host, responsive, attentive and had very good tips. Recommended place without hesitation.

It was a vacation with 6 friends and we were all very satisfied! The house is very quiet and well stocked with every comfort! Even though the spaces were obviously tight, we had a great time. Alessandro was very kind in offering us another place at the same price, but we loved the little house too much. Great location, perfect cleanliness and great location to reach every attraction in the area in a short time. Tip.

In the house, everything was as described, we felt very comfortable. Alessandro is a really very nice and helpful host. It's very quiet around the house. The places around Lake Garda are easy to reach and very nice, with some sights. Following Alessandro's tips, we had a nice day in Lazise. We would stay with Alessandro again any time.

We had a great time. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly.( We had an issue when we arrived at the airport and the hosts were very supportive). We enjoyed the pool a lot. We also received very good recommendation and places to visit as well as restaurants. Veronica and Vanessa were very attentive. The place is new and every thing is very functional. The access is easy and the instructions are very clear. It is in a very peaceful location with a few nice restaurants near by and it is an excellent base to move around in the area. I cannot wait till their next building with the Spa will be completed! Thank you Vanessa and Veronica. I do recommend!

We spent 4 wonderful days at Mela’s stunning villa – two families, 11 people including children – and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, Mela welcomed us warmly and showed us into a luxurious and beautifully designed villa. The photos online don’t do justice to how elegant and spacious the place truly is. The villa is very large, fully equipped, and surrounded by a lovely garden with a gorgeous pool – the kids (and the adults!) didn’t want to leave it. The location is ideal – about 20 minutes from Gardaland and close to many attractions in the Lake Garda area, yet peaceful and relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Mela was a wonderful host – kind, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in northern Italy!

The combination of jaccuzzi and jaccuzzi pool are perfect. thé garden is surrounded by A fence so was very good for our dog. The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are just big enough. our kitchen was in our room. Rino, thé owner, is Daily over there and he is giving good tips. We enjoyed our stay.

Super great house that offers everything you need! The pool is large and the house modern. You live very privately in the small place. Our 2 dogs also enjoyed it and the property offered enough space. The location near Desenzano was also great for excursions. An all-around perfect vacation for us and the dogs! We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Ca' Ottolina. We used the villa for a Photography & Philosophy Retreat, so having the villa to ourselves and being away from distractions (no busy town, no neighbors) was great. The host, Marco, was extremely friendly, always available, and very helpful. Before the stay, he was available for questions, and during the stay, he regularly checked in to see if everything was ok. The villa is amazing, lots of charm, you see and feel the historic character of the place which makes it special. Very well-equipped kitchen, individually designed bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The Villa has a big garden and agricultural land around it, so it's quiet and no disturbance. There is a custodian on the premises, so if there should be any problems or questions in the house you can get help right away. We felt very comfortable, very good taken care of, and we would love to come back.
