Unser Aufenthalt war leider etwas kurz um die Unterkunft voll zu geniessen. Super Balkon!

La casa di Olav è davvero bellissima e molto funzionale. Ognuno ha il suo spazio e la sua Privacy, noi eravamo in tanti e non ci siamo dati noia. Ci sono tre bagni e una cucina super attrezzata. Siamo capitati in un periodo molto caldo e in casa l'aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo. Penne è un paese molto bello e accogliente e i posti vicini sono molto belli. Olav è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e disponibile. Anche la Signora che viene a fare le pulizie e il marito sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire? un'ottima vacanza Grazie ancora Olav

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

Very clean and perfect location. We stayed at Sandro’s place to visit several locations in this part of Abruzzo. There was always parking, the piazza was right around the corner, as well as our favorite place for coffee: Max’s Bar. We hope to return to Castel di Sangro and hope to stay at Sandro’s place again!

Logement était impeccables, spacieux propre En plus de tout le nécessaire de cuisine, il y a aussi tout le. Ecessaire pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants de bas âge L hôte a été très réactif et attentionné rendant notre séjour encore plus confortable Les chambres étaient très spacieuse avec salle de bain, le tout d une propreté Impeccable La piscine, toujours bien propre était régulièrement entretenue par Claudio, yne personne très agréable et chaleureux

Siamo restati una notte sola, ma siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto grande,arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto. Al nostro arrivo Laura e il figlio ci hanno fatto trovare dell' acqua in frigo, latte e caffè e marmellata per la colazione e olio e sale per cucinare. Tutto perfetto!

Ezio nous a très bien guidé ainsi que Luca qui est très sympathique le logement est très bien placé et m'a fait penser à celui de ma tante à Popoli quand j'étais jeune. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous reviendrons certainement l'an prochain...... Grazie per tutti

La casa è molto carina, spaziosa e ben tenuta. Vania è stata sempre disponibile e gentilissima.

Giuseppe´s Casa Mimo is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de ruime regio rond L´Aquila en Gran Sasso te ontdekken. De ruime, propere en goed ingerichte woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De communicatie met Giuseppe was heel vlot en aangenaam. We raden deze woning zeker en vast aan.

Ottima soluzione per chi vuole alloggiare a Castel Di Sangro. Casa nuova e ben curata in posizione centrale, ideale per coppie o famiglie con figli piccoli. Marcello è stato molto attento ed ospitale, fornendomi di tutto il necessario per trascorrere giorni in totale relax.

Se ti aspetti serate in discoteca, shopping x le vie del centro, servizi di ogni genere sotto casa allora questa soluzione non fa per te. Se invece desideri essere a contatto con la natura, se vuoi ritrovarti in un paese che rassomiglia quasi ad una grande famiglia dove tutti pur senza conoscerti ti salutano allora non esitare. L’accoglienza è stata sublime, l’allloggio pulito, c’era molto più di quanto servisse, asciugatrice, lavatrice lavastoviglie , microonde, e pure crostate, frutta e alimenti, oltre a disponibilità e gentilezza che non è mai mancata. Grazie a Michela, Chiara Giuseppe e famiglia per l accoglienza e disponibilità, elemento che meriterebbe una stella aggiuntiva.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marco war sehr angenehm. Aufgrund eines Zugstreikes hatten wir Probleme mit dem Autoverleih, jedoch hat er uns ohne große Nachfrage geholfen und uns sogar angeboten zu fahren. Er war immer stets bemüht und hat uns wertvolle Tipps von Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Was wir empfehlen würden wenn man bei Marco die Unterkunft wählt, dass man ein Auto anmietet, denn zu Fuß ist es schwierig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof, sowie das Meer sind 10min von der Unterkunft entfernt. Weitere tolle Strände sind in 30-45min Fahrtzeit, die uns Marco empfohlen hat und auch sehr empfehlenswert war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und haben und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals Marco für deine Mühe und nette Art sowie Hilfsbereitschaft.

Die Lage vom Haus, mit dem Blick vom Pool in die Berge, der tolle Garten mit Feigen und Oliven, Granatapfel ist einfach wunderbar und sofort erholsam. Stefan und Lissi sind sehr nette Gastgeber jederzeit hilfsbereit und lassen dir deine gewünschte Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Standort ist super um das Meer sowie die Berge der Abruzzen zu erkunden. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und glauben die Abruzzen haben uns nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen. Viele Grüße

Weeke nd di pasqua. Conosciamo moolto bene castel di sangro allpggiandoci spesso , e devo dire che ci siamo trovatj molto bene in questa struttura. Host reattivo e check in digitale molto efficiente

Beautiful place in heart of L’Aquila - elevator accessible for luggage was a bonus and host was ready to greet us in and helped us get a taxi, local recommendations, and had delightful local snacks, drinks ready for us. Clean place and comfortable beds! Thank you for a wonderful stay, our first time in Abruzzo and loved it!

sunny balcony, plenty of space, great supermarket nearby, short walk to a lovely beach, responsive host, no fuss we will be back! highly recomended

Appartamento stra consigliato, posizione perfetta ed auto facilissima da parcheggiare. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario, ci sono anche due PlayStation e dei giochi da tavola. Non potevamo chiedere di più!
