Vacation rentals with a pool in Province of Imperia

We stayed with a group of 8 friends in Karin's house and really enjoyed our vacation. Like the area, the house is really beautiful and as described, furnished with everything you need. I would almost say that the current images don't quite do it justice to the even better reality. The quiet location and the large, well-kept grounds were also really great. We had 2 dogs with us, which we could run freely in the compound. From check-in to check-out, everything was very stress-free and Karin and her friend Christine on site had an answer to every question. A small supermarket and the beach are within walking distance, however the roads to the house are very steep. Those who are difficult to walk or have a lot to carry should have a vehicle available. Everyone in the group agreed that we would book the place again at any time.

The apartment fully complies with the description and the photos. Alessandro is very courteous, likeable and helpful. We enjoyed the garden with pool, loungers, barbecue and veranda very much. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed and spacious. We only underestimated a bit the living space of the lounge area, which has 3 people and a large(!) Dog was a bit tight;-) Mille grazie, Alessandro!

Awesome place, great view, nice host!

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

Very nice place, suitable for families, we spent a lot of time in the outdoor seating areas / garden which had great views, and in the pool. The place was clean with good amount of space to spread out in, kitchen had plenty of cookware and cutlery, and the beds were comfy. The location is awesome in terms of distance to town and has a couple of churches nearby to explore as well as play parks for kids. Be prepared however for a legendary climb up the mountain if you are walking back from town, and a bit of a tight squeeze to get to the garage (which is generally typical of most Sanremo). Will definitely come back

Perfect Place To stay

Pleasant, clean cottage. The garden is enclosed. Nice, because we were able to bring the dog. Great kitchen with oven, so you can easily cook for yourself. Nice (shared) swimming pool with sunbeds. The pool is across the road, but is easily accessible. Fabio is a friendly and helpful host. He has put on a mosquito net around the bed because in the evening there are a lot of mosquitoes. Car is possible on the driveway of the cottage, so always space.

We stayed with a toddler and a baby for 9 nights in the property. Everything was there and the location is fantastic and very close to the pool. The garden is pleasant for with children and has a beautiful view. The garden has enough space in the sun but also has shade. Colletta is a beautiful and quiet place, it almost seems like a fairytale location. The bar in Colletta is often open where you can enjoy meals and homemade beer. Thanks to the bar, there's everything you'll need in Colletta. On a few nights there was live music which was very cozy.

We had an exceptional stay in Bordighera in this high quality apartment, with neat finishes and elegant decor. Access is easy, the views are simply beautiful, and the setting is very peaceful. The owner is really friendly, always available and attentive. He made our stay even more enjoyable thanks to his kindness and attention to detail. A real favorite for the indoor spa that it offers as an option: a perfectly thoughtful wellness area, with a relaxing atmosphere and the possibility of enjoying professional massages on site. This is a real sensory experience you should not miss! The swimming pool and jacuzzi, included in the living room, perfectly complete this already exceptional place. We would recommend it in a second!

Had a great stay we were with our family of 5. I did have my own baby stuff etc because this was not present, but that didn't matter to us because we were going to travel even further. A stroller is not convenient because this does not fit in the 2nd elevator, but we have found that one side is a little wider than the other 😅 so the side that adjoins the house that is wider. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the lifeguard are really great sweet. In the cottage, everything you need was available. Parking is really recommended for an extra fee the hill is really very steep. You can also easily do groceries there on foot, this is about 10 minutes before the liddle and the coop is 20 minutes away, but by car you will be there in no time. The view is super really amazing. And for the sports people at the coop there is a gym where you can exercise unlimitedly for 60. We found this very useful for my husband, for example.

We (family with 2 children) spent 4 great weeks in Marco's apartment. Great views, the sea at your doorstep, swimming pool, parking, etc. as indicated in the apartment description. Marco is a great host, he responded immediately to any questions and problems and did his best to resolve the issue. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. The only thing you need to know is that the internet connection is somewhat unstable and rather unsuitable for working. But it's totally fine for watching movies or surfing with your phone. Thanks Marco!

Apartment located in a very nice village, in a magical environment. To discover! Communication with the hosts was easy and caring, thanks for hosting us :) For families with small children, note that the place and the apartment are not the simplest. Lots of stairs in the village, and in the house, rooms that are difficult to ventilate because the windows overlook small streets where the locals make a little noise in the evening, even if nothing dramatic.

Apartment is located on the first line on the beach! Very private place with own parking lot. We were with electric vehicle car and Valerio allowed me to charge it during our stay. Extremely good location. Everything is in 3-5 minutes walking distance(old town, grocery store, laundry, fruit store, cafeterias and etc). Apartment was clean, fully equipped with all what you’ll need! Location and place privacy was is amazing. I recommend this place for a families with a kids. Thanks to Valerio! He is our hero! He helped us a lot and was very responsive and supportive!

The only small downside is that the road up to the house is somewhat intricate and without car protection, some of the way. But you can walk back and forth if you can handle some steep hills. Not for people with walking difficulties.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. The accommodation is super well located: close to the train station, the sea, shops and the old town. The apartment is clean and air conditioned. The pool is a real plus. The only problem was very noisy you at night for 2 days, we left them a note, and it calmed down afterwards, and the elevator didn't work the last 2 days of our stay. The apartment being located on the 4th floor, carrying suitcases and groceries was problematic. But overall we are very satisfied, the host was very considerate and responsive, answered our questions quickly. We'll definitely be back!

The home is a dream and very well maintained. It is also an older house and it was also very windy on the terrace but otherwise top. The house has everything you need for cooking or to have a nice time, and it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Antonella and Pino wonderful hosts and heart people, thank you again for everything! We will be happy to come back on one occasion!

Had a great vacation with two family friends.

Very cozy little house. The outdoor area with table tennis, pool and seating is great, we enjoyed the week there. The host was always friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice stay at San Giuseppe. We were 5 families of 16 people of which 4 children. The accommodation is fantastic, with stunning view, but a car is a must. You have to keep in mind that you rent a holiday home in the country and there are sounds that we may not be used to, for example, ringing bells. After a few days you do not hear it. Can highly recommend this place.
