Great accommodation to enjoy Val Varaita. It is located in a quiet village just above Sampeyre. The house is tastefully furnished and the cleanliness is great. Gessica is a responsive host in communication and the necessary guidance has been provided in advance in a clear way.

Thanks to the central location, it offers the possibility of going out even in the evening with small children and it is also close to the facilities and the equipped area of the Riding

Really cool place to stay at.

We spent a few nights in Davide's house in Entracque, a nice and very touristy village at least during this time in August. Great base for walking, in the area there are beautiful trails. The apartment is perfect, fully equipped for a vacation even longer than ours. The house is on the raised floor, and there is also a nice balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Communication with the host was great, in short, it was a beautiful experience, to repeat.

it was really lovely, only the neighbours dogs were a little loud sometimes but for the rest great!!!

We spent a beautiful week of vacation with our two dogs, at Emanuela and Daniele's house. The apartment is cozy, great for couples traveling with dogs or children and very well equipped. Absolutely nothing is missing to be able to organize yourself as if you were in your own home. The location is great, both for beautiful and relaxing walks in the woods, and for visiting the Monregalese and Cuneo, all places that deserve a lot. The climate is great, dry heat during day and cool at night/ night. Absolutely sleeps with the cover. In Viola you can find the Bottegone, grocery and housewives very well-stocked, and Walter's great restaurant (the sweets and spirits of their own produce are absolutely to be tried). Don't miss a lunch at the farm Il Balzo, it is well worth it. If you are passionate about biking or skiing, depending on the season, you can reach the facilities on foot in 3 minutes. Better than that.... Thank you guys, see you next time!

The apartment is located in a beautifully restored house. Very comfortably furnished. The balcony and terrace offer good views of the mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped for any kind of cooking. The location of the apartment is very quiet. The best part is the friendly landlady and the hospitality. We felt very comfortable.

we had a lovely stay. the apartment is well located and quiet. only one point of improvement would need to be done, reversing the shower and toilet space to see a standing shower.

Gian Luigi was very helpful right from the start, I booked his house for a couple of friends with two small children and he then interfaced directly with them, with me as a possible reference. The place was clean and tidy just as in the photos and description. I recommend his accommodation for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

We had a lovely few days at this place. Davide is very kind and responsive in messages. The apartment is clean and comfortable to stay in, it is also well-equipped. Entracques is a very cute and quiet little village with small hikes nearby. We are happy with our stays.

Beautiful B&B in a unique location: the view is exciting. It's worth returning in a season where you can better enjoy the outdoors, the balcony and the woods surrounding the house. Spartan house but with all the useful amenities to make the stay much more than pleasant. Very kind and helpful hosts. I'll definitely be back.
