Of the many very good airbnbs we have experienced so far, this is really one of the very best! The property is located on two floors, has several balconies, a garden and is very well appointed. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to live quietly and close to nature. We've made wonderful hikes and bike rides in spectacular landscapes and feel like we've scratched the surface. Last but not least, Stefano and his mother are heartfelt and helpful people who have read every wish from our eyes and were available with numerous tips. Our children loved it as much as we did, and our big one even helped with gardening:-) All in all 100% recommended, thanks for everything!

The accommodation has a very nice view and it was special to get up every morning and enjoy the view of the valley. We really liked the village and the people there. We had a great time and would love to come back.

The house is large enough for a a big group and it came packed with everything we needed. We came with 2 cars and they both were parked inside the property, there’s plenty of space. It was nice spending the evenings outside by the pool which was great for the kids. There is a supermarket nearby where you will find the basics and some not so basic stuff. The house was a great base to visit the wineries in the area and finally our host Claudio was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. Recommended and also I would stay again if ever back in the area 👍🏻

Everything is in perfect order, well organized and clean. The apartment, which is on the second floor of a villa usually not inhabited by the owners, although it is not far from the national road, is still quiet. From the terrace the view sweeps the valley and the first mountains of the Stura di Demonte. The hosts are very helpful and friendly . The stay was definitely enjoyable . We highly recommend this place to stay.

It was a fantastic stay! Hosts are Davide's parents who provide guests with the downstairs of their home with a large patio. The deck is sheltered by a grape that gives a lot of shade, surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the mountains. David's dad is very communicative, we spoke a little English, a little Italian. He is also very helpful, kind and hospitable, we felt at home at grandmother's, served us with vegetables from his garden, tomatoes and zucchini, white wine he makes himself and the fish he himself fished in the sea. The house was very clean, the kitchen is big and equipped with everything you need. Cisano is located 10 min by car from the beaches of Albenga and Alassio, 5 min from Mercato and other shops, and at the foot of the mountains. Recommended are the caves in Toirano, Grotte di Toirano, and Spaggia Libera beach just at the entrance to Alassio, in the vicinity of St. Lawrence. Santa Croce, behind the marina. We were only 10 days and will definitely be back!

Henrik's place accommodated 6 of us comfortably, and is a 5 minute walk, less with a shortcut, to the piazza in Monforte with its bakery, groceries, wine bars/stores, restaurants and cafes. The kitchen provided a great space for 2 of us at a time to work on meals or dishes. There is a very ample supply of wine glasses, and indoor and outdoor dining space. Although a little cool to use the pool in late October, it provided a lovely backdrop for our time on the patio. There were nice provisions to get us started on our culinary adventures! The second floor bathroom is accessible to both the second and third floor bedroom occupants, but there is also a full bathroom on the main floor for busy times. Monforte is in the heart of a food and wine heaven, and this villa is the ideal location from which to explore, but also to practice Piedmontese cooking between amazing restaurant experiences. The 6 of us were unanimous. We could not have found a better place!

This is a gem of a place! We felt like we were in a friend’s home- so comfortable and welcoming. But at the same time, everything was so well laid out and explained, we had no questions. The hosts run this lovely home like a very high-end business! This home was truly a wonderful place to spend the holidays- we so appreciated the decorations! It was also the little touches like local wine and hazelnuts that added to our cozy stay. Our winter stay was delightful- a cozy fire in the well-appointed kitchen- but I would love to return one day and enjoy all the outdoor spaces. After many home stays all over the world, this one takes top billing! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

The house are beautiful and spacious. The view from the living room is fantastic. The beds are good and the facility leaves nothing to be desired. We could have stayed longer. The two restaurants on site, the bar with pizzeria and the small supermercato offer everything you need. The village makes a very well maintained impression, whereby we are back at the house, also the house is very well taken care of.

The Villa is an excellent stay for large families with lots of children. It is spacious and secure, the pool is great and there are many, many rooms. There are private areas and a large communal space. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars. It is very close to Alba and the wine area of Barolo and Barbaresco. The twin is walking distance Adolfo provided fantastic advice for what to see and where to eat to get the best possible experience of the region.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Lilly's Villa. Nadine and Gaby were fantastic hosts and did everything to ensure we had the best experience possible. The villa was incredible and much larger than the pictures showed. We especially loved the enormous gourmet kitchen and indoor pool. The Villa is spacious and very comfortable for a large group of friends or a family traveling together. We were 10, and everyone had plenty of space. We highly recommend Lilly's vila for anyone looking to explore the Alta Langhe region.

What a wonderful stay Elisabeth and Tim's house is splendid, warm, spacious, tastefully furnished and with personal items that make you feel at home. The house lacks nothing, very well equipped on all levels. Located in a small village in Piedmont, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. What happiness in the morning to open the shutters with the view of the countryside and the mountains. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Beautiful villages nearby in an authentic countryside. Not to mention the gastronomy with quality local products with very welcoming vineyards and incredible wines. I will end with Elisabeth and Tim with whom communication was very pleasant, always available and giving us all the useful information for a memorable stay Thanks to them for giving us the chance to stay in their beautiful home.

Annette’s place is a beautiful old house with lots of space and character. We were a group of 5 friends and had ample space. Beds and couches are very comfy and the house and gardens are very relaxing. It is about a 5 minute drive (10 min walk) to Castino and about 40 minute drive to Alba. There really isn’t too much to do / see in Castino and 2 of the 3 restaurants are now closed. So it requires driving to Alba to go out for dinner. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped and very comfy. Anne was very responsive and we really enjoyed the dinner her and her husband cooked. Had a lovely time.

Amazing house in the Piedmonte! We stayed in the summer with 3 families (6 adults, 9 kids aged 4-13) and had a great time. House is situated on a quiet hill with an amazing view. It provided enough space for all, as well as some ‘privacy’ for each family. Amenities are all solid, and when things don’t work (eg we ran out of gas for the bbq) Caroline is quick to respond and organise. The house lacks aircon, but even in the midst of summer we didn’t miss it as things really cool down at night. Area at the border of the Piedmont wine area (30-45mins drive) and the Flower Riviera (45-1hr drive) is amazing for a family holiday. We would highly recommend! Thanks Caroline! Bart

We loved the house, it’s in an incredible location with great views of the mountains. Very serene area and it has everything you would need in the kitchen, as well as being close to a supermarket to stock up. Miresi is a lovely host and made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location over looking Alba. Stayed here with my brothers for a special birthday. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts representative was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was a little walk back from town but after an evening eating and drinking the 20 minute walk was very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful house managed by Andrea and his partner for 5 days with our friends and we were all positively impressed by both the house and its hosts. As for the house, we are talking about a finely renovated house, with wisdom and good taste, with every tool and object of furniture. The location is very convenient to reach and allows you to easily visit the Langhe and its many local producers both on foot and by car (CAI route that starts a few meters above the house and allows you to reach Dogliani on foot). Last but not least, the house has a crazy visit that allows you to see the entire alpine arc, offering sunsets and aperitifs to remember. Andrea was also extremely helpful and helped and supported us with availability and affability throughout the stay. Even on New Year's Eve, Andrea helped us and remained available, a rare thing for which I was with the

Marika was the best host I ever had! She was lovely and helpful at all times!!!

Compact and very cozy. We enjoyed the pellet stove. You can enjoy hiking there but the garden is not fenced. Hunting dogs become active from wildlife in the neighborhood. The area is really beautiful.
