Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Cosenza

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. There aren't words to describe how magical my stay was. This is truly an ancient fascinating building with many unique details. It was like taking a trip to the past. Although some features are a bit rustic, overall there is a luxurious feeling to the apartment, with a firm bed, lovely linens, curtains, and furniture. the view of the town and sea are incredible and the centro storico (historic center) of the town is full of little paths to follow so you can admire the beautiful architecture. There is a little market for groceries, a post office, and a gelateria/restaurant with tables outside and inside. just a lovely, lovely place. The hosts are kind and generous, available to help with information or if you need something.

Casa molto accogliente e ben attrezzata. Hoste gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Mario è stato assolutamente perfetto in tutto. È venuto a prenderci in un luogo vicino per avvantaggiare il check-in, ci ha consigliato i migliori agriturismi e posti da visitare, ci ha supportato ed aiutato in ogni tipo di richiesta e tutto accompagnato dalla sua simpatia e disponibilità. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno assolutamente impeccabile! La casa è immersa nella natura incontaminata, molto pulita ed in ordine, fornita di tutto il necessario. Ci sono amache dove rilassarsi e anche un camino esterno. Ambiente ideale per estremo relax. Mario ci ha anche fornito vari contatti per fare rafting o vari agriturismi della zona e ci ha supportati nel trovare dei posti all'ultimo momento nonostante ci fosse il pienone di ferragosto. Spero di rivedere Mario e di soggiornare nuovamente nella sua casa. Se tutto è stato assolutamente perfetto è stato solo grazie a lui e alla sua disponibilità.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay in the barrel. It was clean, cosy and the views were amazing. The local village was lovely and we had some great food there. Very little English is spoken but we managed fine with the help of Google translate.

Il soggiorno da Oreste è stato impeccabile. Già dai colloqui per la prenotazione si è dimostrato assolutamente disponibile. Arrivare a destinazione è stato semplice grazie alle informazioni dettagliate che man mano ci ha fornito telefonicamente. Abbiamo fatto check in più tardi del previsto ma non ci ha creato alcun problema. Abbiamo trovato casa pulita, in ordine e con uno spazio esterno che è stata la gioia dei bambini. Ci ha dato a disposizione i prodotti dell'orto, una delizia. Inoltre abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare i prodotti della loro macelleria (assolutamente da consigliare) grazie alla possibilità di accendere un bel barbecue a legna. E anche in questo caso sono stati disponibili nell'aiutarci. Se dovessimo tornare da queste parti sicuramente sceglieremo ancora questo alloggio! Consigliato per famiglie che hanno voglia di rilassarsi un po' e che vogliono regalare ai bambini giornate immerse nella natura.

Andrea is a wonderful host, always available and willing to help. The place is amazing, much more than we were expecting... I believe the pictures do not capture how beautiful, cozy and spacious this house is. The surroundings are also incredible, Mormanno is a unique experience. We would not hesitate going there again, great cost/benefit relationship and satisfying in every way.

Siamo stati ospiti di Fabrizio e in realtà più che ospiti ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa! L’abitazione é davvero curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed ogni cosa si trova al proprio posto, così come ogni nonna che si rispetti, desiderava. Ci ha fatto trovare legna per riscaldarci e tutto l’occorrente per poter trascorrere 3 giorni spensierati. La veduta dalla cucina, e per di più durante il capodanno, é stato qualcosa di magico ed indescrivibile. Un panorama pazzesco! Grazie a Fabrizio, sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Un caro saluto! E grazie per l’accoglienza super!
