Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Cosenza

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Only one word: PERFECT!

Mario was absolutely perfect in everything. He picked us up in a nearby place to facilitate check-in, recommended the best farmhouses and places to visit, supported and helped us with every type of request and all accompanied by his friendliness and availability. He made our stay absolutely impeccable! The house is nestled in unspoiled nature, very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. There are hammocks to relax in and also an outdoor fireplace. Ideal environment for extreme relaxation. Mario also provided us with various contacts for rafting or various farms in the area and supported us in finding places at the last moment despite the fact that it was full in mid-August. I hope to see Mario again and stay in his home again. If everything was absolutely perfect, it was only thanks to him and his helpfulness.

Andrea is a wonderful host, always available and willing to help. The place is amazing, much more than we were expecting... I believe the pictures do not capture how beautiful, cozy and spacious this house is. The surroundings are also incredible, Mormanno is a unique experience. We would not hesitate going there again, great cost/benefit relationship and satisfying in every way.

The stay at Oreste was impeccable. Already from the booking interviews, he was absolutely available. Getting to your destination was easy thanks to the detailed information you provided us by phone. We checked in later than expected but it didn't create any issues for us. We found a house clean, tidy, and with an outdoor space that was the joy of the children. He gave us the produce from the garden, a delight. We also had the pleasure of tasting the products of their butcher shop (absolutely recommended) thanks to the possibility of lighting a nice wood-burning barbecue. And again, they were available to help us. If we come back here, we'll definitely choose this place again! Recommended for families who want to relax a little and who want to give children days surrounded by nature.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable.
