Vacation home rentals in Province of Catanzaro

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

The place was comfortable, big enough for eight people (four bedrooms, big living room, small kitchen, nice terace and couryard, three toiletts, two showers inside). One can walk directly from the courtyard/garden to the beach (350 meters). There is a supermarket (Conard) nearby (2mins by car, but not for walking, since the way is along a road without pedestrian way) which has a good offer including fresh fish, nice cheese etc. From the place one can (by car) explore the beautiful beaches of Calabria. Dina/Andrea provided us with great recommendations. Expecially nice are the beaches Spiaggia di Grotticelle near Capo Vaticano (some 90km south of the place, but absolutely worth it; spend a whole day), Marinella di Zambrone (some 70km south of the house; magic!!) and - on the other side of Calabria - Spiaggia Le Castella (super nice, great sand, great view); afterwards have a pizza in Salvatore's in Le Castella; extremely yummy and cheap! We also visited Tropea and Pizzo - nice towns!

Soggiornare da Chiara per noi e’ stato molto rilassante. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con gentilezza e simpatia, guidandoci subito nel suo “Piccolo Rifugio” dove ogni cosa ogni particolare richiama alla mente la parola armonia sapientemente distribuita dalla sensibilità di Chiara. Nella frenesia (dovuta ai nostri continui spostamenti) dei giorni seguenti è sempre stato un immenso piacere tornare in questa oasi di quiete e tranquillità impreziosita dalle costanti attenzioni di Chiara sempre pronta ad elargire gustosi e graditissimi doni, frutto della nostra bella Calabria. Vincenzo son derece mükemmel bir ev sahibi, bizimle oğlu ilgilendi ve gayet saygılı düzgün ve yardımsever bir insandı. Evde kaldığımız süre içerisinde hiçbir problem yaşamadım sadece bir gün ters rüzgardan kaynaklı sahilde büyük dalgalar vardı ve denize girmek için Lamezia tarafına 40 dakikalık bir sürüş yaptım ve o gün de harikaydı, 9. ayın sonu 10. ayın başında kalmama rağmen çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik seve seve tekrar giderim herkeze tavsiye ederim

12 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Ruhige Nächte, sehr angenehmes Bett, privater Parkplatz. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber war sehr sehr gastfreundlich und immer erreichbar! Apartment wurde während meinem Aufenthalt regelmäßig geputzt - toller Service! Frühstück und Getränke sind auch vorhanden. Vielen Dank für das beherbergen und ich komme bestimmt wieder!

I have stayed at AirBnBs in more than a dozen towns in over half a dozen countries. My Calabrese and Sicilian hosts on this recent trip to Southern Italy have outshone the others. I was only in Sicily for a night, but spent weeks in Staletti, Calabria. Raffaele not only made me feel like a special guest, he treated me as a friend. By the time I left, he had introduced me to his father, his good friend living in London, an uncle with whom I played tennis, and the card playing regulars and owner of Bar Jolli, Peppe, and his brother, Salvatore. They were born in Calgary and spoke a little English so we had that Canadian connection. I came here by myself to work from home, escaping some of the Nova Scotia winter. It was kind of Raffa to make he feel like part of the community over the holiday season. I met Babbo Natale (Santa) in neighboring Sqillace, flew to Rome to see the Pope on Xmas Eve and Day, and Raffa invited me to see the Befana on the 5th before leaving town.#1 holiday ever!

Le logement de Franco est absolument charmant, on s'y sent immédiatement chez soi! Très propre, confortable, il est décoré avec beaucoup de soin par de très beaux souvenirs de voyage. Le village de Pizzo est idéal pour visiter la région. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu tout à fait exceptionnel, c'est l'accueil chaleureux de Franco et son désir que le séjour des voyageurs soit le plus agréable possible. Sans nul doute nous conseillons vivement cet appartement !

Eine sehr besondere und tolle Unterkunft inmitten der Oliven Hain Natur. Auf dem Weg zum Haus haben wir mehrfach Eulen und Füchse gesehen. Das Haus ist toll, ruhig und hat alles was man benötigt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir auch etwas wärmere Decken und Bezüge für diese erhalten. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet- einen schönen Stil! Man kann super gut kochen dafür ist alles notwendige da. Der Ausblick ist toll, die Lage super für zB eine Woche und man kann gut Kalabrien erkunden. Das wifi war nicht immer stabil, vorsichtig falls Remote arbeiten geplant ist besser noch mal Rücksprache halten. Eimer Person von uns wieder krank und Giuditta hatte uns Medikamente gegeben. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Anfang Oktober) zu Gast und haben die Leere sehr geschätzt. Restaurants einfach anrufen bevor man hinfährt und die meisten haben abends doch auf. Wie sind glücklich und zufrieden! Danke
