Maurizio's place is a real pearl! The house is right on the beach with a stunning view, the sea is beatiful and spectacular. The house has all the facilities making the stay very comfortable! I recommend the property as a perfect stay.

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

We stayed in Rocco’s apartment for a week and had a wonderful experience! Rocco was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Although it could get a bit noisy on the street in the mornings, the amazing view and the great location more than made up for it! We will definitely come back to Scilla.

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect, right by the sea and a few steps to the beach. We were able to get up in the morning and jump into the sea, take an evening bath before going to sleep! Anna advised us extremely nicely and was always available. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you for everything.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

We had a great stay at Alice’s place! It’s in a perfect spot for visiting nearby towns and beaches. There’s a nice walk directly from the flat to the skywalk. The host communicated well, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and had a spacious outdoor area. We highly recommend it!

the village is beautiful, cared for and offers all the necessary amenities. The house is very nice, slightly smaller than it seemed in the photos but super comfortable, cared for, clean and very equipped. Vivienne is super available, always ready to solve those very small inconveniences that can happen and resolves them in no time. The small distance from home to the beach is only hindered by a climb that in the hottest hours required the use of the car but otherwise it was pleasant. the place is lovely, for the boys it is the ideal place full of guys of all ages with whom to make friends and nights in total tranquility of their parents... in short, a week was too short! super recommended!!!

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

Beautiful view , clean place , all was great

The apartment is cozy, the outdoor kitchen pretty cool. The bathroom is brand new. The terrace with a breathtaking view onto the coast ist our favorite place! And the veggie garden right next to it spoiled us with fresh aubergines, tomatos and basil. Maria and her daughter were so lovely and helpful. A clear recommendation for families!!!

The place was outstanding million dollar view. Spent a day in Pizzo a must. They were so responsive great with suggestions. Ghost town am st. Hot springs super close, best restaurant La Taverna. Roberto was very helpful luved the area

I found this place great. Recently renovated house with modern finishes, cozy, very clean and quiet. It had everything you need, clean sheets, towels, bathroom kits, equipped kitchen and coffee machine with pods, we also found everything you need to have breakfast included. The kitchen is super equipped and in the bedroom there is a TV and also an air conditioner/heat pump that we used, the only downside is that since it was cold, the hot air remained in the bedroom and did not go to the other rooms but otherwise everything was really great. Antonio was really kind and helpful both at check-in and check-out super flexible, he gave us directions and tips on where to dine or have lunch in the area. We really felt right at home. I recommend it

A true taste of Italian hospitality found in Villa Franca, by your host, Giuseppe. This villa is accurately described as pictured with true beauty, spacious areas and cleanliness. Giuseppe's villa is a great find in Reggio Calabria, Italy. Giuseppe's kind gestures in sharing complementary beverages and breakfast treats only reinforce the pride in his Italian culture. An English to Italian translator is most helpful. You will need transportation, if you truly want to see southern Italy. Villa Franca is so welcoming we hope to return again. Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Michele's wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is absolutely perfect - just a short walk to beautiful beaches and a variety of charming restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equpped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Our host Michele was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make the most of our trip. Their hospitality truly make our experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return and would absolutely refer this gem to my family and friends. Tropea is a stunning destination and Michele's apartment made our trip all the more special. We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable.
