Apartment vacation rentals in Province of Catanzaro

Aldo is a genius. He picked us up at the train station, which was 10 minutes from the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and he gave us a beautiful snack with wine. He was always very attentive and responded quickly to my concerns. It was a super necessary stay. I would come back without thinking.

The stay at Elisa's property was up to expectations. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need: super equipped kitchen and essential air conditioning with the temperatures of thisyear. Elisa was always available, kind and always attentive to our needs. Experience to repeat.

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved every day spent in Pizzo, itvwas perfekt for us as a family. We could easily walk everywhere - to the main piazza with restaurants and bars, to the spectacular beach, and in the beautiful small alleys leading up to the main supermarkets with breathtaking views along the way. We loved our neighbour and cohost Rina, she was warm and caring. We loved the beauty in each room and enjoyed the double shower :) Would definitely recommend.

Private and peaceful place with two beaches and restaurants nearby (20/30 minutes walk and 4 minutes drive), Cafarone and Marinella. By car you have access to the rest of the coast lidos which are only 10/15 minutes drive from the place (Falerna marina) as well as, the airport and Lamezia Terme central station.

Simone was very kind. The home was just as pictured and very quiet. I can only recommend it:) Two more small tips for future visitors: 1. As already described in the other comments: It is worth having a car, as the buses do not come very often and sidewalks hardly exist. 2. Google Maps direct you, if you enter the address, to a large turning space/parking lot. However, the apartment is only behind the green gate at the end of the parking lot. Great place to stay, strongly recommend.

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Angela's place is a small pearl of the Ionian coast. In addition to being beautiful and comfortable, it is in a strategic position to reach the Tyrrhenian coast; In fact, it is an hour and a half from both Tropea and Scilla. Angela is super helpful and kind if you have any questions.

Marta and Nicodemo are two great hosts! With my partner, we contacted them at the beginning of July and, right away, they were super friendly and professional. They took care of every detail to ensure a great stay at "Conchiglia Blu". Communication was always thorough and quick; the room was impeccable, both for cleanliness and furnishings; surprise, they made us find everything we needed to have breakfast (milk, juices, snacks of various kinds, and so on). Last but not least, a breathtaking view of the sea. The location of the apartment is excellent: "Conchiglia Blu" is located between Squillace Lido and Soverato, as well as a short distance from all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Aranci (never more than a 10-minute drive). On foot, with a maximum of 2, a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Vasche di Cassiodoro and the beaches of Torrazzo and Bilbò. We'll definitely be back!

The stay at Mario's place went very well, beyond our expectations. The accommodation is cozy, equipped with everything and quiet, despite being in a very central location. Mario and Mrs. Lisa, who welcomed us personally, are always available and prompt in their responses. Absolutely recommended.

s.Nicola is a really kind and welcoming person, able to make their guests feel at home and dedicate the necessary time for their tranquility. The apartment is very nice, a stone's throw from the sea and the minimakert/tobacco and restaurant. With its 16 kittens, the company will certainly not miss during the period of your stay. The environment is very clean and well cared for with all the necessary comforts will not leave you banned. The area is a little bare of activity, but getting around by car will never be a problem, other nearby villages are waiting for you

Anthony's apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the main area of Soverato but far enough away that you area not disturb by all the activity going on. Also just a short walk to the beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The accommodation was as described, clean, comfortable and easy to reach. Communication with Brigida was always clear, quick and efficient.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach and Vibo Marina's vibrant corso. Marina was an excellent host and I would recommend this apartment to couples or families.

The apartment is in a very good location close to the beach and castle. It matches the description, has everything you need. We had a great time there with the proximity of Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Vibo Valentia, the Serra de San Bruno An excellent base for enjoying the area or the sea

Very nice apartment, set in the context of a residence but very independent, wonderful terrace with sea view equipped with pergola and table with lounge chairs and chairs and outdoor kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, outdoor shower in the common area of the residence that can be used freely. The spaces were well cared for, the host was very helpful and treated us really well. Beautiful stay!

I had an amazing stay in Ruggero thanks to Egidio and his family. His mother, Rosa is very friendly and always available for anything you need. The house is large and spotlessly clean with everything you need in the kitchen to easily prepare all your meals. The location is perfect if you like peace and quiet and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. There is a mini-market very close to the house, but you do need a car to get around and to travel easily to explore the beauty of Calabria. I really definitely return.

This apartment is amazing! I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Luigi and his father are great host who always helped us if we had questions. They also have the cellar (Catojo) with delicious wine and food. They found a way to accommodate me even though I am vegetarian and can’t eat gluten. Excellent hospitality! The Borgo is beautiful, quiet, and full of warm, welcoming people. It’s a wonderful place like straight out of a book. The apartment had everything we needed. The internet works well so it’s possible to work from home. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The bed is comfortable and there is an AC unit in the bedroom for the hot days. The balcony is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the month we spent at this apartment and hope to come back for another month next year 😊

Great well maintained structure, great location to quickly reach the necessary amenities and beaches. Only note that the mattresses were not comfortable. Overall we had a great time and the pool is an added value when you don't want to move around by car.

My days in Vibo Valentia will forever be kept in my heart. A unique place with a beautiful and quiet environment at the same time, in any case, you have all the necessary amenities nearby and within walking distance. Leaving aside the emotional factor that this city has for me, I can safely say that this accommodation was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Spacious, well located, good location, well equipped, good bathroom, but above all, I have never seen such a level of attention. They provided us with bottles of water, some sweets and small details that show at first glance how valuable the place is and also, the high quality of the people who live there. Thank you very much for everything.
