Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of clean linens. For those who prefer to eat at home, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Pleasant outdoor space, with table and chairs for eating, a lounger, and other chairs. There's a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby. The magnificent beaches of Chia can only be reached by car in a few minutes. Selly was always very helpful and very kind, satisfying our requests. We had a great time!

We had a pleasant stay in Sardinia in a quiet accommodation under the umbrella pine trees, 200 meters walk away. We were able to meet Rosanna who is suitable for our arrival and departure times.

Great outdoors, functional and spacious house, close to the city center.

With a lot of patience, Daniela waited for our late arrival, picked us up downstairs on the "main street" and accompanied us safely to the house, which was very helpful. Then there was a very warm welcome with small attentions, we felt very welcome. We enjoyed life in nature there and the wide view of the sea. We could watch sunsets every evening from the terrace or the upper balcony. The sea is sometimes still very restless in May with high waves, so we respected it and bathed on calmer days. Yes, it takes a while to get to the nearest grocery store, so good planning is necessary. We found the unpaved road to the house unproblematic to drive with our car, but the car should not be lowered. Daniela responded promptly to questions. We would love to book this place again.

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The place is comfortable, equipped with all the accessories, as if were your own beach house. Adjacent both the indoor and outdoor spaces to make the most of the holiday days, in relaxation. We also thank Mrs. Aurora for the tips and assistance given, and farmer Davide available with local products. Also precious are the directions to the activities/locations sent by Marco just before check-in. Recommended

It was very pleasant to stay in such a pretty, clean, well-furnished and comfortable house. It has everything you need and everything is within walking distance. Marianna was very nice and ready to solve a very small problem immediately and gave us valuable advice on what to see. Thank you so much for everything!

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

We spent the week of August in Silvia's apartment, we had a great time; the house is exactly as in the photos. The apartment is clean and complete with everything you need (there are also two lounge chairs and an umbrella), it is located in a quiet area near supermarkets and a 5 min walk from downtown. Silvia is a friendly, helpful and very responsive host in answering any questions.

Beautiful apartment on two floors, tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing inside. Located on a small hill with great sea views. We highly recommend it.

Great stay, Fabrizio and Adrianna are very nice and very responsive. As for the accommodation, no complaints, excellent cleanliness, excellent bedding. There is everything you need for the stay, washing machine, dryer, very nice terrace. We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in this house by the sea in Sardinia! The location is simply unbeatable – you could really walk to the beach in a bathing suit. Also, a very good restaurant was within walking distance, and we ate excellently there. The house was perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. There were toys for children, a crib, a child seat and even parasols for the beach. The garden was a real highlight for our child – plenty of space to play and romp. We were particularly pleased that there was great gluten-free pizza in Cagliari – ideal for people with intolerances. The proximity to many other beautiful beaches was also great – by car you can quickly reach everywhere. In addition, there was a very generous basic supply of food, shower gel and other useful things – thank you Stefano

Very pleasant accommodation that totally matches the description and photos. Maria is super responsive and advises you on nearby beaches and restaurants. It's perfect for a family with children. A little extra: screens on the windows of the bedrooms which is a real advantage. Chia is small but you have several cities 20/30 minutes from the house. Beautiful and tranquil destination in October.

This place is incredible

The stay with Elodie and Luca was all around successful. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The place matched the descriptions. A dartboard and a ping pong table are available and complete the great outdoor area, with a wonderful view. We would like to emphasize the folder created by Elodie and Luca with great tips (restaurants, beaches, etc.). Here you could orient yourself very well. If we had any questions, both were very easy to reach and pointed out the upcoming winds and a corresponding choice of beach. Torre delle Stelle is characterized by two super beautiful bays, insanely nice people and shopping/restaurants. In addition, the village is quite central, so you can quickly reach, for example, Cagliari, Villasimius or Pula. Thanks Elodie and Luca for this great vacation!

We had a lovely and relaxing time in the house, which was very well equipped. From laundry detergent to iron, everything you need was there. The house is comfortably furnished, so the four of us felt very comfortable. We spent a few mornings on the sunny terrace with a beautiful view. A good pizzeria is a 2-minute walk away. Even the most beautiful beaches with light blue water and powder sand are only 40 minutes away by car. Highly recommended!

Really great place! Beautiful beach.

The beach access and porch/lounging area make this apartment an unbeatable place to stay if you’re in Villasimius. The beach access could be difficult if you are with someone who is mobility impaired or young children but for most folks, it is an easy stone path that takes you right down to some wide rocks (large enough to lay out on), and just a few steps over the rocks gets you to the beach. The cove is absolutely gorgeous and was not too busy during our visit in late May. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the hosts were incredibly friendly and flexible during check in/check out. Definitely worth it!

We stayed in Donatella's house from August 29 to September 4 and it was 6 fantastic days. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. We found every comfort in the accommodation, from the washing machine to the hairdryer with a diffuser. Donatella is very attentive to the smallest detail, on arrival she also made us find beer and water in the fridge. I 100% recommend Donatella's place. We'll be back for sure!

The accommodation is very quiet and very well located. It is spacious and functional, nothing missing. We quickly got our bearings. Beaches and places to visit are easy to access. From the accommodation, you can even see the sea, it's great! In conclusion, if you want to enjoy and especially discover the South-West of Sardinia in peace, I think that the MASAINAS area and especially Marco's accommodation will be an excellent choice and will meet all your expectations. Very friendly and caring host. Only 5 mins walk to a small but beautiful beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. In the description it said no wifi, TV or washing machine but actually you have them all. We spent a beautiful and unforgetable week there. Thank you, Luca! :) Highly recommend.

We particularly appreciated Michèle's accommodation which is located in a peaceful, pleasant environment. The accommodation is part of a set of several small houses with a small garden. Each has a dedicated parking space. The large covered terrace allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoors. We also liked the outdoor shower. The indoor shower is a bit small. The bed is comfortable, large 160 cm. It has everything you need for cooking. Flawless accommodation, responsive host with small touches for tenants. Accommodation 15 minutes walk from the beach and about 3/4 km from the center of Villasimius. We highly recommend it.
