Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida e ci siamo rilassati anche grazie alla splendida location di Marta. Grazie e a presto Consigliatissimo, da non perdere, sopratutto se volete godevi lo splendido mare di Teulada e allo stesso tempo riposarvi e rilassarvi.

Great place to be, it was perfect for us. Super friendly hosts, nice little appartment with everything you need in a familial atmosphere. Lots of good tips by the owner about places to visit and restaurants to go for dinner, although dinner at the place was also a romantic and convenient option we chose for most of the evenings. We went climbing around Gonnesa which was a good location to visit the different climbing crags in the area. In addition several fantastic beaches were nearby. Overall we enjoyed it a lot and can fully recommend the place !

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Silvana! Es war alles perfekt! Der Check in war super! Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles erklärt! Die Unterkunft ist besser als auf den Bildern - Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt! Den Pool hatten wir komplett für uns. Es ist den ganzen Tag Sonne im Garten- auch die letzten Sonnenstunden am Tag konnte man dort noch genießen! Das Frühstück war ausreichend für die ganze Woche. Massimo, Silvana und ihr Mann sind die perfekten Gastgeber! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights in this lovely accommodation. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is tasty and the service was kind. Moreover you are close to Cagliari when you have a car. It’s a good place to stay, when visiting the south of Sardinia.

In short this is a great place and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Except! For if you are sensitive and a light sleeper because of the street and park noise, yes it’s a busy street so read well before you book. For me it’s fine but for others maybe not. Communication was good, Valeria is a very nice woman with whom I could practice a bit of Italian so I was happy. We both worked so during the day it’s very relaxed. The internet is very good, considering I have to make video calls all day. I liked the house and the creative interior with various artefacts and vintage furniture. My room was also comfortable and spacious. The only little surprise for me was that I was supposed to remove the bedding and towels and put them in the basket and hoover the room. It’s not about the effort, collecting everything and putting it in the basket takes 2 minutes but it’s a bit odd. I use Airbnb for 8 years all across the world, never was I asked to do this. It should be included

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Resonance. Der Check-in war super freundlich und einfach, die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Wir hatten ein echt tolles Drei-Bett-Zimmer, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber! Die Küche, die wir ganz für uns alleine hatten, da keine weiteren Gäste da waren, ist mega gut ausgestattet, der Müll wird recycelt! Die Veranda draußen ist toll zum Essen, die Hängematten sind gemütlich und laden zum Ausruhen ein! Chris und Vera sind sehr sympathisch und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wer sich Cagliari anschauen möchte, aber außerhalb in Ruhe und mit Privatparkplatz wohnen möchte, findet im Resonance eine kleine Oase zum Wohlfühlen! Vielen lieben Dank an Vera und Chris! Corrado takes pride in a property that has been in his family for many decades. He is very attentive, outgoing and is very responsive to texts if you need him. The location is excellent with many beautiful beaches nearby, one quickily accessible by only steps away from the apartment. We highly recommend a stay at Corrado's property. We hope to return!
