Friendly and helpful host, facilitated check-in. Quiet but central apartment, very close to Esselunga and several restaurants. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. Free parking is available nearby.

The place is beautiful, close to many beautiful things. Biella is a destination with a lot to discover and there is each was perfect to be close to everything with enough space for my large family.

I spent five days at Stefania's place with my husband. I really appreciated the location that allowed us to enjoy peace and quiet. The layout of the place is perfect in all respects. The location also allows you to easily reach all the places of interest in the area. Highly recommended...

A vacation that we decided to spend at the end of the year with my brother and his partner who live in the area, we always prefer to have an independent base. The apartment offered everything you need for this purpose in every aspect. An accommodation with attention to the smallest details, well heated and with ample space in every room. We had a great time. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We felt right at home. We'll be happy to come back at the first opportunity.

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, all brand new fully renovated. The bathroom is perfectly lit and the shower is great. Nicolo is a great host, always responsive and checks to make sure we were okay. Highly recommended

Nothing was missing in this cozy place, from where we had a great unobstructed view from the balcony/terrace! Great private parking for our 2 motorbikes ...everything was there to spend our 2 days peacefully at Marta's! Note: the impressive bed, with great bedding! I've never slept so well! I love it!

Silvia is a friendly and kind person. We didn't have any problems at any time during the stay. The apartment is located in the center of Biella, very nice and comfortable both for staying in the city and for hiking (as in our case) in the beautiful surrounding mountains.

It was very nice to stay in Stefania's appartement. Even it's close to the main road, you can't hear the traffic because the rooms with balcony are showing towards the inner court and nearby parc. The parc just down there is also very lovely, with plenty of beautiful cedars and yews. It has a restaurant with very tasty food. From this place it was very easy to explore Biella by foot. We recommend this place and would stay here again :)

I travel often for work and I have to say that I very much love this type of B&B with a lot of wood as a style, they give a sense of warmth. Friendly host, average price for Biella, but much nicer than the other listings I've visited in the area. Very satisfying

House located on the slopes of the Alpe di Mera area. Extreme comfort for those who want to ski. Inside the house is new and perfectly furnished: there is everything you need and even more.

Romina was very kind and warm in her welcome, with extreme availability to meet our needs (having also a one-year-old child with us there were some more needs than a stay without children). The super clean, cozy, and bright place perfectly matched the description and it was a pleasure to stay there. Both check-in and check-out were easy and well managed by Romina. We highly recommend Romina as a host and the house as an optimal landmark for the area, it was a super pleasant and relaxing experience, even for the one-year-old!

I would recommend Alessio's place to anyone who wants to visit a hidden gem in Piedmont: the Ricetto. From this unit, you can literally open the gate and walk just a few steps to the Ricetto, a fortified medieval compound (XIII–XIV century). In the adjacent square, there are a few bars where you can enjoy your cappuccino and brioche or your spritz while admiring the medieval structure. There are many other hidden gems nearby, such as Biella Piazzo and Oropa, to name a couple. The apartment is ideal for a couple, and I found it clean and neat. It is designed in a classic Piedmont rustic style with essential but tasteful decor. This is an ideal place for a couple's getaway for anyone who wants to experience beauty and tranquility at the same time. The host was very kind and always responsive. I highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in exploring this area of Italy.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Our group of 4 had a great stay at Roberto’s apartment in Cervinia. The property has a homely alpine feel and is well equipped for a week’s skiing. We enjoyed the communal south facing kitchen living room and balcony after a day out on the slopes. There is storage for skis in the apartment complex but we left our skis in the garage in the basement as it was easier (a suggested improvement would be a heated ski locker to dry out boots). Access to the slopes is almost ski in / ski out - depending on how quickly you can walk with skis it is 3-5 minutes to the nearest red slope down to the Cretaz chair lift. Communication at check-in and check-out was clear.

Monica's place is wonderful!! The house is not missing detail. It's super well cared for and super clean. Both the bedroom and movie room are super comfortable and the star place is definitely the Jacuzzi with the views of the lake, an ideal place to relax. The only downside that we could say is that the kitchen does not have a hob or oven, so no cooking and access to the house is a path with quite a few curves so it doesn't feel too much to go down to the village below both to shop and eat in restaurants that by the way close very soon 😅 by everything else is great!!! And Monica is a super helpful and friendly host!! We would definitely repeat!!!

lovely stay nice clean tidy , lovely coffee bar for breakfast 10 min away by walk , restaurants 8/9 min by car, there is also few supermarkets nearby. I will recommend this place .

Our stay was great. The view was great on Lake Maggiore, especially in the evening and at night, it was simply magical! The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Impeccable cleanliness! A nice and spacious apartment. Very clean and at a great location - the town is very peaceful and tourist attractions are not far away. The host was also very friendly and responded quickly. Would recommend.

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!
