We immediately felt at home! Services and comfort beyond expectations, nothing is missing in the house and Erika was super hospitable and very kind in making us also find fresh drinks in the fridge when we arrived. Any of our requests in the following days was met and gave us many great tips about the area and restaurants! The garden is really nice and our wolf was great, the apartment is perfect for those with dogs. The only small downside is that the street is a little busy, but otherwise everything was perfect! The house is located within walking distance of the center of Biella and close to many hiking trails, parks and beautiful villages. Thanks again to both Erika and her husband for hosting!

It was very pleasant to stay at Alessia's house, very clean, tidy, equipped with all the accessories. Despite the low temperatures outside, we were warm, well heated... we relaxed a lot, then the two goodies, the bathtub in the room and the sauna... what can I say... the best, this is life !!! All the details of the house were wonderful, they made us feel at home, wonderful hospitality, upon our arrival... a fabulous day, to be repeated as soon as possible, thanks Alessia 🙏🏻❤️✨✨✨

Our stay here was just great! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – very cozy and stylish. Everything was clean, tidy and well equipped, so nothing was missing. If I am back in the area, I will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation in a precious and secluded village. We had a great time with our dog Lana . We've tried one of the various trails in the country. So much nature, lush woods. Laura gave us all the necessary instructions to reach the house. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful autumn week in this cozy house with warm hours in front of the fireplace and beautiful hikes in the forest right behind the house and surrounding area. The accommodation is very spacious, well equipped and excellent for large families/holidays with friends!

The accommodation is perfect for those who want to relax and spend time in the countryside. Even while inside the apartment, the large windows overlooking the garden convey serenity. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. In addition, the place is ideal for visiting the Biella area (Candelo, Oropa, Oasi Zegna). Cinzia provided us with clear directions and was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommended.

Marco was an extremely kind and helpful host, we asked him for advice during our stay and he responded promptly and above all exhaustively. The house is really very nice (even more than what you see from the photos!), spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In particular, we found a lot of useful things for our young children: high chair, booster seat, changing table, two cribs and even potties for the bathroom. We're already thinking about when we'll be back!

My stay in Italy with Giuseppe and Alberta was fantastic. Their accommodation was cozy and well equipped, in an idyllic location with beautiful views. Giuseppe and Alberta were incredibly hospitable, gave us many tips for excursions in the region and made us feel right at home. Especially the dinner with homemade specialties was a highlight. Overall it was a wonderful experience that was made unforgettable by the warm nature of the hosts.

Very pleasant experience on Lake Maggiore. Alberto's house made us feel at home, so much so that we preferred to have aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the lake rather than outside. very nice decor, very cheerful, equipped with everything you need even to cook. Wonderful terrace with super view! quiet location perfect to rest but with the village within walking distance. Very convenient parking.

We had a very pleasant stay. The holiday home is quietly located, with a beautiful view. The indoor space is also spacious and stays "cool" during the warm weather; which is of course very pleasant. In the pool, there were always very few to no people present. Blissful ! With its dimensions of 20 by 8 m, it's wonderful to swim a few laps. At 10-15 min walking distance you are at "Spiaggia di ceresolo". For those who love the tranquility, definitely recommended to go to this: a nice place to swim in the lake. Bring umbrella, because there are no shade spots. We stayed there with 2 teenagers (16-18 yrs)

Sophie is a great and very warm host who lovingly takes care of the well-being of her guests. She welcomed us warmly and provided us with many good tips. Even when the weather didn't quite cooperate, she spontaneously brought us games for us and also the children. Your accommodation is very clean and cozy, we lacked nothing. Fantastic stay in Matteo's cottage. Very kind welcome from the owners, accurate in the presentation of the house and the characteristic places nearby and available for anything. Also welcoming with our dog, who enjoyed ample green spaces (fenced in) to run and play all day. Perfect cleanliness of all rooms that are equipped with all the necessary comforts, a pool is always clean and usable. Tranquility just a stone's throw from beautiful areas to visit.

Friendly and helpful host, facilitated check-in. Quiet but central apartment, very close to Esselunga and several restaurants. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. Free parking is available nearby.

I had a wonderful Christmas week in this apartment with my husband and our children. Since our arrival we were greeted with great kindness by the owner, who made everything even more special by decorating the apartment with Christmas lights and a delicious ornamented sauce. A detail that we really appreciated and that made the atmosphere truly magical!The apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is very convenient: it is located a few meters from the ski slopes, perfect for those who love skiing without having to take the car. It has private parking, a key detail to avoid stress with luggage and skis. There are restaurants and bars nearby, making the experience even more enjoyable and practical. We can only highly recommend this place for a vacation in the mountains, both for the great location and for the care and attention shown by the owner. We'll definitely be back!!

Valeria is super friendly and helpful. Lovely family and dogs . This is a great spot to call home for a few days if you wish to motorcycle through the region. Lake Viverone is very close and there's lots of "non-touristy" things to do. Wonderful experience!

Very nice and well-kept accommodation, surrounded by woods, a stone's throw from Gaby. Easy to reach by car by following the instructions given. The owners are very nice and helpful, I highly recommend it.

The stay with Daniela is simply fantastic. The apartment is beautifully located with a great view of the valley. Super quiet and only a 15-minute drive from the beautiful town of Biella. A very relaxed terrace too! There is also a lovely wood stove and the bed and other amenities are top. You can walk up the mountain from the house, for example to Oropa (so hikers, book this house!). Daniela herself takes all the time for you, is easily accessible and she grows her own lavender. In short, recommended!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was super clean and with all the amenities. Only the lock was a bit tricky, especially to close, and in the end we left the door open. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

We had a very good time, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. The owner left us all the necessary information and directions for the apartment, for parking, etc., if we needed anything she answered immediately, very kind and always available. Only note, too bad there was no microwave, with the kids it would have been useful but it went well even so.
