La struttura e pulita ed accogliente, si trova nella posizione che vi da una bella possibilita di riposarsi di notte nell'ambiente , sprovisto dei rumori esterni. Inoltre, l'alloggio si trova a due passi sia dall'ospedale che dal Centro della citta. Sign. Vera euna persona cordiale e responsabile, so e mostrata extremamente gentile nei nostri confronti. J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Vilma. La maison est fantastique, il s’agit d’une ancienne maison entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, les matériaux utilisés sont de première qualité, l’environnement est très calme et agréable. Donatella, la personne de contact, est adorable et efficace. Elle m’a donné beaucoup de renseignements sur la région. On sent que les propriétaires ont mis beaucoup de cœur dans ce projet. J’ai hâte d’y retourner lorsque la piscine sera installée. Merci pour cet excellent accueil et à bientôt

Our stay at Casa Baratta was a 10/10! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a vacation with the family or a romantic gateway🫶🏼The location is perfect for exploring the stunning Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato regions. Whether you’re here to enjoy the world-renowned wines or picturesque landscapes, you’ll find this a fantastic spot. We were particularly impressed with how quiet and peaceful the apartment is – ideal not just for unwinding but also for working remotely. The Wi-Fi connection is super fast, and the peaceful surroundings make it easy to focus. Enrica was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We can’t recommend Casa Baratta enough and will definitely be back for another stay!❤️

We had such an amazing stay at Gian Luigi’s apartment. It was exactly what the photos showed and even better. We stayed for the month of July and the AC in every room was perfect. We loved Casale Monferrato it feels like a hidden gem that we don’t want to share with others! The apartment is located in a perfect spot to walk to all the shops & restaurants. Parking wasn’t an issue as long as you know the rules, which Gian Luigi helped us with. Piemonte was so beautiful and we will for sure be back. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and having all the comforts of home we needed.

Francesca è un host così fiocchi, ci ha fatto trovare tutto ciò che poteva servirci per le nostre due gemelline. La Casa è pulita ed in un ottima posizione, confortevole e molto carina, non manca nulla. Lei si è dimostrata sempre gentile e disponibile, è stato un bel periodo quello trascorso da lei. Het is een prachtig appartement en huis in een mooie, rustige omgeving. Het uitzicht is prachtig! Het appartement is heel ruim, zelfs met 2 badkamers. De airco was erg fijn, aangezien het heel warm was en het appartement op de bovenste verdieping ligt. Parkeren kan bij het huis, het is wel schuin en wat krap als alle appartementen verhuurd zijn.

Miranda si è dimostrata una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile, l’appartamento era un gioiellino da vetrina.

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in einem bezauberndem Haus voller guter Energie. Die Terrasse öffnete den Blick in die Ferne und die Musik der Vögel und der Natur war Balsam für die Seele. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen eine wertvolle Bereicherung. Selbst im April konnten wir schon das kühle Nass genießen. Besonders danken wir Nadia ,der wundervollen und herzlichen Seele des Hauses. In der Umgebung kann man viel entdecken und bewundern. In Asti gibt es sehr schöne Museen und Möglichkeiten zur kulinarischen Reise. Alles in allem hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Marjas place is great for a family or with friends. It offeres ample living space in authentic style. The place made us feel like friends that were able to stay in their holiday house. We enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool and the outside bbq area. And the ac really was very welcome during the hot siesta hours. We visited a fantastic pizzaria in the area, walked to a close nature area, visited Nizza Monferrato. Recommend also so wine tasting in the area.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. Elisabetta nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visites, Sandra a été d'une gentillesse et d'une prévenance incroyable (en réservant les restaurants pour nous par exemple). Le jardin de la maison est sublime de nuit, mis en valeurs par un éclairage très bien pensé. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement ce lieu et les personnes qui le gèrent ! Merci du fond du cœur pour ce séjour parfait !

We had the most amazing time at the villa. Its more beautiful than the pictures and everything was great. You have all the things you need and Lea was always very helpful when we had questions. Just beware of the drive to the house, you have to be very careful with the car. Thank you we will for sure be coming back!!

lovely authentic house in the calm outskirts of Asti. The hosts are very warm and helpfull, but also respect privacy. We had a great experience and will miss the place and its perks.

Struttura davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Un’ampia zona piscina con una vista splendida. La casa si compone di due strutture: il rustico ( con caminetto per grigliate e una sala con Ping pong/cucinino e cose utili ) e la casa principale con 3 bagni, una grande sala, una cucina a vista sul tavolo e sulla vetrata che dà sul giardino, camere grandi e spaziose, 3 bagni di cui uno grande. Pulizia ottima, accoglienza molto bella e calorosa: è difficile trovarsi male a Ca’ d’Ros!

L'alloggio rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, pulito e accogliente. Punti forti sono di sicuro la vista dal terrazzo e veramente meravigliosa, il camino in salotto e, cosa non scontata, la cucina completa e ben attrezzata. Alberto è un host davvero attento e premuroso, che è stato disponibile e facilmente reperibile per ogni esigenza dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out. Un posto perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità dei dintorni. Apprezzatissimi il giardino e le passeggiate nei vigneti anche dal nostro cagnolone. Decisamente consigliato, torneremo di certo molto volentieri.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and we loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful and quite secluded, with a high fence around the entire property which was perfect for our dogs. We could sit in the huge, well maintained yard and just let them run around. There’s even a small pool for people and dogs (which is kept very clean), a huge bonus in warm weather. There are sun loungers, seats in the sun, seats in the shade, beautiful flowers, lots of toys for the dogs, it’s a little piece of paradise. The apartment is spacious,comfortable and has everything you might need (microwave, nespresso, dish washer, washing machine, extra duvets for cold nights, a pellet burner etc etc. The mattress was too hard for me but that’s pretty personal so definitely not a criticism. Lastly, Antonella & Luisella are 2 of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. True animal lovers who work hard to keep everything in great shape. Our dogs adored them too :-) We can’t wait to be back!

Tutto come descritto, pulito comodo e attrezzato per ogni evenienza. Luca gentilissimo, disponibile, molto simpatico e preparato ad ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio ideale per due persone, pulitissimo e sicuramente ristrutturato da poco. La zona è molto tranquilla, l'host ci ha accolti personalmente e si è mostrato molto disponibile. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per la prossima volta!

Wir waren eine Woche im September in der Cascina Marenco bei Valentina und Stefano. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich von Valentina begrüßt, die uns alles zeigte. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen und die Landschaft sind wunderschön, ganz besonders begeistert hat uns der tolle Pool. Valentina und Stefano waren immer zu erreichen und reagierten sofort auf Wünsche. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch, wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Deciso all'ultimo minuto una gita fuori porta e trovata la location fantastica il "Gianca E-Bike - Casa Vacanze" abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione tramite app, il titolare Andrea ha confermato tutto con risposte quasi immediate e ci ha fatto fare il self check-in, comodissimo essendo noi già in zona. La location comodissima sia per ubicazione sia per l'arredamento tutto nuovo, minimal ma estremamente funzionale con pompe di calore caldo/ freddo oltre ad una fantastica stufa a pellet che, purtroppo, non abbiamo potuto usare data la stagione ancora buona. A disposizione ad uso esclusivo anche un garage attrezzato o posto auto all'interno di un cortile esclusivo degli appartamenti. Vicinissimo a Varzi, Brallo e Penice posizione ottimale anche per gli amanti dello sport. Ci torneremo sicuramente ... non vediamo l'ora
