Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Province of Alessandria

Ideal location to enjoy the shopping mall which is 5 km to the south. The apartment is perfect, spacious and comfortable.

The place is great in the middle of hazelnut bushes in a newly renovated house with a really great apartment. We even think the place is even better than it appears in the pictures. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. We particularly liked the large window in the living room with a beautiful view. In the outdoor area there is a jacuzzi, a barbecue area and nice seating. We felt completely comfortable and would come back.

Excellent wedding preparation location

We were very happy with the apartment. This was a great base for excursions in the area. We enjoyed being able to sit on our private patio / small patio. The surroundings of the place themselves were in perfect condition and kept well. The pool was very well maintained and clean. The Hosts are sweet and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the place.

Very nice place both inside and outside. Beautiful view and lovely garden. The place is tastefully and culturally decorated. It's like going back in time. Large beautiful rooms with wall paintings and antique furniture. Practical kitchen and good conditions for eating indoors or in the garden. The surroundings were cozy and there were beautiful trees and flowers. It is magical to wake up and be able to open windows overlooking vineyards and hear birds singing. The scent of jasmine trees was over the city. We chose this house because of the access to the swimming pool in the garden, but were disappointed when we realized that this is only in operation in June and July. There are no swimming areas near this village. So if you want to swim, it might be better to stay closer to lakes further north in Italy or by the sea further south. We also chose this area because it was possible to visit Alba with wine tasting, Turin and Milan with countless museums and experiences. Lake Como with beautiful towns is also within day trip distance. The whole Piedmont area is a great experience.

Had a great time at Vilma's. The house is fantastic, it is an old house completely renovated with great taste, the materials used are of top quality, the environment is very quiet and pleasant. Donatella, the point of contact, is adorable and efficient. She gave me a lot of information about the area. We feel that the owners have put a lot of heart into this project. Federico and Gianluca are perfect hosts, welcoming and kind; the place is wonderful, the room is above expectations, clean, welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Abundant and excellent breakfast! The only problem was that we only stayed one night. We'll be back. Thank you for your hospitality

We had such an amazing stay at Gian Luigi’s apartment. It was exactly what the photos showed and even better. We stayed for the month of July and the AC in every room was perfect. We loved Casale Monferrato it feels like a hidden gem that we don’t want to share with others! The apartment is located in a perfect spot to walk to all the shops & restaurants. Parking wasn’t an issue as long as you know the rules, which Gian Luigi helped us with. Piemonte was so beautiful and we will for sure be back. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and having all the comforts of home we needed.

We had such a wonderful stay with Nadia and her cute old dog Era! Nadia is a delightful host who has a lot of recommendations for restaurants, things to visit and places to see. Although her house is located next to the airbnb, she does not invade your privacy at all, and from the wooden platform and the pool it is nearly impossible to look into each other's space. The house is lovely. You see it has a lot of history, but all the ammenities are provided, with mosquito nets at every window, and even airco in the bedrooms (though we did not need it). The kitchen is a bit basic, but honestly, with such great restaurants in the neighbourhood, you'll want to eat out every night anyway! The view is breath-taking, and it is so quit - except for the sounds of the many birds that live in the area. I would definetely recommend this place to everyone who wants to escape their busy lives for a few days and enjoy la dolce vita in the beautiful countryside of Italy!

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

We had the most amazing time at the villa. Its more beautiful than the pictures and everything was great. You have all the things you need and Lea was always very helpful when we had questions. Just beware of the drive to the house, you have to be very careful with the car. Thank you we will for sure be coming back!!

The host was very friendly and the accommodation was spotless! Above all, the garden area is excellent. The stay was a lot of fun - happy to come back anytime!

We stayed at this gorgeous house for a week. The pictures don’t do it justice-the views are incredible and the house itself is an architectural find. The house was spacious, comfortable and had every necessary amenity for a comfortable stay. Very close to Canelli, which has several good restaurants, wine producers and grocers. Finally, the owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful-they provided lots of local information that made our stay even better.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Giovanni & Sara’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it has so much space. We particularly loved the infinity pool with the view of the alps which was unexpected on a clear day. We also made great use of the table tennis and were so impressed with the barn! The views never failed to be stunning and we would highly recommend to anyone else. Good proximity to larger towns and cities also for day trips. Thank you Giovanni & Sara!

This is the third time we have booked Cara Pere in Loazzolo-and definitely not the last time. Elisabetta and Alessandra are amazing. There's a super good experience from booking, to key transfer, and ongoing communication. Care Pere is a little gem in Loazzolo. So nice, cozy and authentically decorated, and with a small lovely courtyard. All our wishes and needs are met We feel like we have come home when we arrive at Care Pere.

An extremely relaxing weekend, thanks also to the beauty of the landscapes in which the house is located. Spectacular view of the vineyards, quiet village, very spacious, cozy and clean house. The attached pool is a gem. Federica, the owner, is very nice and helpful, attentive to the needs of her guests. It was two super positive days!!!

Beautiful place in Piedmont, in the lake undiscovered part so beautiful in alta Langa, in the green, quiet and lovely swimming pool. Really a plus that there is the possibility for breakfast and dinner. Tip: also be sure to visit the "Nocciola Amore Mio" nearby to see how the delicious hazelnut pasta is made that is served in the morning for breakfast!

Very pleasant stay, we found the house well organized and equipped with everything we could need. Luca is a great host, kind and welcoming.

We had a truly lovely stay at Cascina Marenco, the site and the house are beautiful! They put a lot of effort in creating nice places to hang around in the garden, with quality furniture and shading. The garden is just magical! The appartment is traditional, cosy and charming and offers everything you could wish for. Evenings on the terrace are lovely, with a breathtaking view over the valley. Stefano and Valentina are the kindest people, they are super helpfull and think along: they arranged some extra baby stuff for us which was really great and sweet. Thank you, we would definitely visit again!

We decided on a last-minute trip out of town and found the fantastic location "Gianca E-Bike - Casa Vacanze" we made the reservation through the app, the owner Andrea confirmed everything with almost immediate responses and made us do self check-in, very convenient since we were already in the area. The location is very convenient both for the location and for the all-new furnishings, minimal but extremely functional with hot/cold heat pumps as well as a fantastic pellet stove that, unfortunately, we could not use given the still good season. Also available for exclusive use is an equipped garage or parking space inside an exclusive courtyard of the apartments. Very close to Varzi, Brallo and Penice, an excellent location also for sports enthusiasts. We'll definitely be back... we can't wait.

Cascina Marenco is an Italian dream! We've had an amazing time at this wonderful place. You won't regret staying with Stefano and Valentina 👌
