Our stay at Erica's went very well. The apartment is spacious for the few days we spent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is very clean with a large mirror, 🙂 ideal for getting ready. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find. We thank Erica for hosting us and for the very clear explanations. We recommend this listing if you'd like to visit this region of Italy

Crisitina is a very good communicator and waited for us at the building entrance to point us at the parking location. She gave us a detailed tour and some really good advice. The flat is exactly as described and everything was working well.

Living in one of the busiest cities in the Philippines, staying in Oliva Gessi for almost 3 months is a peaceful break for us. We were welcomed by Emanuela who introduced us to this beautiful ‘ ‘home’. The apartment is big enough for family and friends to visit and stay a couple of days. It’s well maintained, has all amenities and great views. Location is perfect to visit the cities near by - good connection to Milan. Serene and quiet but here is where we met lots of locals who became friends and we felt we belong here. We also had suggestions for great restaurants and wineries, we tried all😀 It’s sad to leave this serene and picturesque area but it’s time to go back to our normal life. Ps: thanks to Emanuela / Valentina - for organising things for us. Anna for superb cleaning . Maria- Grazie for the ‘ welcomebubbly’ you gave us and sharing your spectacular place !

We are back to driving a wonderful week in the Piedmont. Marty's cottage was a more than nice base for this. Comfortable, nicely decorated, ample space. The house is super nicely located in the middle of a cute little village with a special village center. And Marty, she makes a difference. Extremely friendly and welcoming lady who was always willing to give tips and help with reservations, including for restaurants and a wine tasting. Super nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Alessandro coordinated before our journey began, met us at the train station and gave us a ride...even carried my wife's suitcase up the stairs! We had a multi-week stay, so we made frequent use of the very well-equipped kitchen and clothes washer -- both excellent! Plenty of kitchen supplies, coffee and tea, and a welcome bottle of prosecco. Five minute walk to a grocery store, bakery, pastry shop, and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of the old town. Comfortable beds with plenty of spare bed linens and towels. Lots of room (3 rooms plus bath and kitchen). Two balconies. Nicely decorated with newer high quality cabinets and closets. Clothes iron, hair dryer, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso pod espresso machine, vacuum and cleaning supplies, and helpful tourist literature. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location, the condo doesn't look very good from the outside but the apartment is beautiful and very clean, with everything you need and even more beautiful than what appears in the photos. Marco is kind and precise in his directions, helpful and quick in his answers. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights, but if we get the chance, we'll be back at Casa Teresa. Recommended!

The apartment was clean and cozy, and well equipped. The check-in process smooth and easy. The position is ideal to get the best from Langhe and Monferrato with multiple vineyards around at walking distance. Absolutely recommended if you want to get the best from this wonderful place, inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage list.

Wonderful house, full of every comfort… he even asked us if we needed litter for our kittens… Everything very clean and perfect… cozy home and very well furnished…. The couch???? I wanted to take it home with me. 😜😜😜 Thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️😜😜

Great host and place to stay in for a weekend

Everything was like in the description, the host helped me with everything and even more, clean, no problems at all, great place and great host, I will come back for sure

We (family with three children and mother-in-law) felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The scenery and the view? Stunning! Pool Wh andirlpool? Super refreshing! The place? Big, nicely decorated and practical. The hosts? Super friendly. The perfect ingredients for "chill" holidays. What more could you want?

Stayed one night in this apartment. Super helpful and clear owner to provide check-in directions (although he could not be present due to our arrival time). Super clean and organized apartment. I highly recommend it for those looking for relaxation and tranquility. the apartment is conveniently located at the highway exit about 20 minutes from Asti and Alessandria.

Perfect apartment, finely furnished and with all the comforts, there is also a good alarm system even if the area is quiet; good Elena!

Casa Rosalinda is fantastic, with attention to the smallest details and great aesthetic taste, as if it were your own home, with particular and refined objects, you can tell, with passion. Every corner is perfectly designed to create a timeless space that communicates absolute relaxation. Fantastic bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower with Turkish bath adjacent to the bedroom separated by a beautiful sliding iron window. The vaults, the furniture, the books, the lighting... everything is designed to break away from routine, which was exactly what we wanted. The kitchen is beautiful and complete, the fireplace gives an additional touch of romance. Edoardo is extremely helpful and easy-going, with interesting directions about the surroundings. The area is very quiet but at the same time offers everything you need for a vacation to discover one of the most, in our opinion, fascinating areas of Piedmont. We'll be back.
