Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Providence

We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming, historic townhouse. A warm and inviting atmosphere for our family to relax and spend quality time together in the evenings. Location was ideal,-walking distance to a variety of fun restaurants, and parking was convenient when we did need to leave the area. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back again!!

Our 3rd time staying here, and it won't be our last.

Loved this spot which was close to our event at the Saratoga Convention center ( easy 2 block walk). One parking space comes with the rental and we had 3. There is a reasonable $15/day) public garage at the convention center which also kept the cars out of the very snowy weekend weather.

Highly recommended. Very beautiful, cozy, and warm private space that just make you feel at home and at peace. Everything was well organized and in place for a perfect stay. Washer and dryer availability was a big plus. Location is central to a lot of food and transportation options. Truly enjoyed the stay and would definitely be back when next in the area.

It was located among the quiet neighborhood. Parking was preserved, the host’a office on the ground floor enhanced the security.

Their home was so clean, beds so comfortable & their communication was excellent. They added so many extra touches to make it special. Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Nicholas was a great host and the place was awesome! Super clean and has everything you need. My dogs really liked looking out the big windows to the lake :)

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Place was warm despite cold weather outside and large windows throughout the apartment. Exactly as listed. David was helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again.
