We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again! It's located 5-10 minutes from soooo many fun things in The Colony & Plano areas and 30-45 minutes from other major shopping areas, downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth, so it's a great location for a Dallas getaway. It was so nice for our family of 4 to have the additional space we wouldn't have had in a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to do so. The beds were SUPER COMFY!

We had a great 7-night stay at Lois and Bill’s home while in town for a conference. The location was ideal—less than a 10-minute drive to the Gaylord Convention Center and close to downtown Grapevine. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with a generous coffee/tea setup, thoughtful snacks and even some milk and orange juice waiting for us on arrival. The spacious, private backyard was a relaxing bonus, and we really appreciated the use of the garage and laundry. Hot water was never an issue, even with four adults getting ready in the mornings. Lois and Bill were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts—they even helped return a blouse we left behind after checkout. We’d absolutely recommend their place and would stay here again without hesitation!

My family and I came in for an event. It was eight of us. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone. The hosts were very inviting for us having additional guests to visit. We were very impressed with all the amenities, lots of towels, blankets, bathroom toiletries, trash bags etc. They were flexible with check in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here, the house was amazing and the host was so nice, gracious and wonderful communication. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home! The home has everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked, beds/linens were great! The home is located in a great area with many restaurants and shops a short drive away. The private pool and hot tub are wonderful and can be enjoyed in the summer months and hot tub in the cooler weather. This home is a great place to stay and we have stayed here many times and it is has been an excellent experience. We look forward to staying here again!!

We came for a long weekend with another family, total of 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and to hang out! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (and more!). We really enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to the lake - paddleboards and kayaks definitely got some use, as did the ample selection of yard games and toys. Bryan was very communicative and sent plenty of information (including videos!) for us to be able to answer questions about pretty much anything that might have come up during the stay. If we come to the Dallas area again, definitely will look at a repeat stay on the lake!

I was in Frisco for a 12 week clinical rotation so this location was perfect for me. It’s private, safe, and clean. There’s no way I would have gotten a short term lease with this much privacy anywhere else in dallas. It’s out in the country about 20 min from Frisco. It’s pretty much glamping, glamorous camping. There are cows, donkeys, and a pony right outside which will greet you when you arrive but are separate from the yard surrounding the trailer. Danny is very responsive and checks in to make sure you’re doing fine. There was a point when the internet stopped working and he jumped right on it! It’s a great place to stay as long as you aren’t looking for a high maintenance place and your okay with things that come along with country living.

Brian's place was a quiet and comfortable place away from the hectic cities that are so close by. We enjoyed the extras that are here. We especially liked the RO water, the easy walk to the lake, the king bed, the tv and internet connections, the patio, the large dining table and kitchen, and two bathrooms. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed here 3 nights and can’t think of a better quaint home in the area! Super responsive hosts, had everything we needed. When we couldn’t locate something we were answered in minutes! Cannot complain a bit. Have already talked to friends about staying here when they come. Would stay again!

What a wonderful experience to stay at Sharon’s home! We had a wonderful stay at Robert's AirBnB. It was a great place to spend time as we gathered for a family wedding. The house is one level which worked great for the 92 year old and 2 year old. Each bedroom is spacious and plenty of bathrooms for 10 people. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for daily walks and runs. The place is also close to any shopping needs. Robert was very accommodating! We definitely recommend this lovely home.
