Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

Our house is across the street from Prospect Park: green meadows and Celebrate Brooklyn's music concerts every night of the week in the summer. Five minute walk to Grand Army Plaza and 7th avenue subway stops. Major connections to anywhere in NYC. 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Zoo. 15 minute walk to the best entertainment in New York: BAM, Mark Morris Dance Company, Theater for a New Audience. Plus the Barclays Center (from sports to Beyonce).

The room is in a 125 year-old house in a charming historic neighborhood. This cozy, ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. The bed is full size. It adjoins a private, 20 sq. ft., bathroom. Guests control heat/air conditioning. The attached garden has seating areas.
