The unit is somewhat dated, but it’s comfortable, clean, and well supplied. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and Jennifer was very friendly and responsive.

Absolutely loved my stay at this adorable Airbnb in Tampa! The home is beautifully designed with such charming and thoughtful touches—it truly felt like a cozy retreat. The location couldn’t be better: nestled in a safe, vibrant neighborhood that’s close to everything—great restaurants, cafes, and just a quick drive to the beach. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was kind and responsive throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa!

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s place in Tampa! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and in a great location. I really appreciated Justin’s prompt and kind communication throughout our trip. Thoughtful touches like makeup remover wipes, extra towels, and coffee with cream and sugar in the kitchen made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his home to anyone visiting the area.

This place is all about location; it’s perfect! Amazing for UT parents. Quiet. Loved having coffee maker. Huge bed & SO COMFORTABLE! More reasonably priced than the expensive hotels we have stayed in the past! Loved being able to walk a few blocks each morning & get in an amazing run all along the beautiful Bay Shore Blvd. Host was incredibly responsive. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you & we will definitely be back!

This is a perfect spot close to all the fun things to do in the area! The beach chairs were a nice addition, everything you need to have a nice stay!

Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

This place is amazing and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and make cooking for a group easy. The backyard was great and the front porch chairs were very comfortable. Ann pays special attention to detail and provides a lot of extra amenities that made our stay even more confortable. The location is also great. I would highly recommend staying here.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. I was in the Tampa Bay Area. visiting family, and booked William’s place for myself, my adult children, 3 year old grandson and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone. His place is an oasis. Absolutely beautiful! The home was very, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, but we were fine. The pool was a major hit for my grandson. Having a private, beautiful pool area, and a gate for the dog, was perfect for our family getaway. William was very responsive, answering questions and concerns quickly. I highly recommend his place! You will feel right at home!

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Lisas place was in a great location to visit many of the local attractions. Her commutation was superb. I will definitely be back!

The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

From the booking to the check-out, everything was smooth. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, and the place was clean. We will recommend it and will book it for future stays.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
