On the first floor there are a series of facilities such as Bank, Exchange , supermarkets, Coffee, Pharmacy stores, bus stations etc. Easily visited places are Boville Lake, Kruja Castle, Preza Castle the center of Tirana. The lift is taken up from the 3rd floor.(1,2 floors are business space)

Very nice apartment, in a quiet neighbourhood. Had everything we needed for the night. About 20 mins to the airport and 10 min walk to a really good restaurant Shelgu. Directions take you to the wrong house, but if you type in the Villa to Google maps takes you there.

We stayed at Andi’s place one night but it is very suitable for long stays as the place has everything you need for long stay and short stay. Every appliance was working properly and in good condition which is sometimes an issue you might face in other Airbnb’s places. Above all the apartment was very clean which is a good thing to make you feel comfortable and worth what you pay for. Communication with Andi was easy which made the overall experience less stressful and easy. I recommend the apartment and would definitely go back.
