Monthly Rentals in Priora

We had a wonderful experience at Annalisa s place. The place was clean, quiet, big and easy to find. The check in was easy and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is bright and has a beautiful view. We are a family of 4 (4 adults). The three barrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. Annalisa was very reactive and generous. She left several little treats for us, including some of the oranges that she grows from her garden. They were delicious. She gave us many advises in the local restaurants. It was all perfect! I strongly recommend! However as mentioned in a review from another customer, a car is needed to access this neighborhood. But it is worth the view.

Carlo and Emanuela make the beautiful setting even better and are very responsive and helpful hosts. The deck and views are outstanding and could be appreciated more in warmer weather. We needed a heater for the living area that Carlo promptly provided. The villa’s radiator heat cannot be turned on until November. The showers are awkward and there isn’t place for shampoo bottles, etc. I slept well but my wife found the mattress was too soft. The location is about 15-20 minutes from Sorrento on a good day. (It took an hour to get to a cooking class due to morning traffic). A taxi is about 50€ each way to/from Sorrento. A fairly steep path with stairs is about a 20 minute walk. Going back uphill is only for the hearty. We thoroughly enjoyed our host’s hospitality and they assisted greatly with food orders, transfers, directions, and knowledge of the area. We had a wonderful time in Priora and would come back.

I travel frequently and this, by far, was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Owners were very attentive and accommodating, providing shuttle service up the mountain to this beautiful escape from downtown Sorrento. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was and the view is incredible. Breakfast was a special treat each morning, provided by our host and the departing gift was appreciated, highlighting their lemon grove on the property. This isn’t a walkable property to downtown, which we preferred as it felt like a quiet, private, retreat to escape to each day after sightseeing and shopping along the Amalfi Coast and Capri. There is a steep path to/from the street, it was not an issue for us at all but older, less fit or anyone needing special accommodations for mobility may have difficulty. I could not recommend this property anymore, it was beautiful and I hope someday we can enjoy it and stay longer.

Antonino's villa is even better than you can imagine. We visited in August when the heat was at its highest, but the shady and well airconditioned villa was a beautiful home base for our time in Sorrento. The pictures and description don't do it justice! The space was perfectly comfortable for our group of 7. We were greeted with a welcome basket of fruits, pastries, and pasta that we very much enjoyed. The hot tub was perfect, as were the incredible views of Mt Vesuvius. Antonino is an amazing host, he was so patient and helped us schedule several taxis in advance as well as exploring options for boat tours etc. We had an issue opening a window so he drove over to assist. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. This is truly a singular stay and worth every penny!!
