The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village.

Just a few steps from the beach, Thalassa is the perfect place to escape and relax. Enjoy walks from door around Chichester Harbour AONB, sailing, paddle-boarding and windsurfing, or an amble around nearby Emsworth or Bosham. Suited to families or individuals, Thalassa has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with bunk beds and an optional third bed. A comfortable sitting room and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen leads to a secluded private garden, with patio area.

The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
