Appartement très propre et correspond totalement à l’annonce, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Jean Noel est un hôte bienveillant, serviable et de bons conseils sur les activités et visites dans le secteur. A refaire.

Merci à Véronique et aux personnes avec qui nous étions en contact. la maison était parfaite, la piscine est top, pour enfants comme pour les adultes, tout était propre et tres bien équipé. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. vivement l'année prochaine pour une future réservation.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans ce logement correspondant totalement à l'annonce. La maison est bien équipée et spacieuse, et dispose d'un grand jardin. Le logement est très situé à seulement 15 mins à pied du lac et de la ville. Notre hote était disponible sur toute la durée de notre séjour.

A jewel by a running river where you can cool off in between exploring Annecy, Chamonix or the local mountain villages. House is perfect! An authentic watermill with a completely enclosed beautiful garden next to the river. The village of Frangy has everything including Boulangerie, fromagerie , local winery and authentic farm restaurant serving delicious meals with in and outdoor seating to watch the world go by. Beautiful walks to nearby waterfalls from the doorstep: highly recommended!

Très bon séjours chez Fabienne. Le logement est spacieux et très fonctionnel avec un extérieur agréable. Très facilement accessible (le + : la possibilité de garer plusieurs voiture dans la cour)

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Nino. Der Garten ist einladend und groß, sonnig, mit ausreichend Schatten, sodass unser Hund immer ein schönes Plätzchen zum Ruhen hatte. Unser Kind hatte auch sehr viel Freude, besonders mit den tollen Kinderbüchern. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Nino war als Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir wurden ganz nett empfangen, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Alles in allem war alles bestens, herzlichen Dank!

L'offre de logement d'Aurelia correspond parfaitement au séjour passé dans son appartement. Le logement est idéalement situé. Tout est accessible à pied ou en vélo. De plus il est très fonctionnel, très propre, bien agencé et offre une belle vue. Hôte très accueillante et réactive, très clair dans les instructions et toujours prête a répondre aux questions. Nous sommes hyper satisfait de cette offre / hôte.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Excellent séjour, je recommande à 100%! Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours dans le secteur d'Annecy pour visiter et l'appartement est idéalement situé. Nous avons adoré ! J’ai séjourné trois mois dans cet appartement dans le cadre de mon travail. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre-ville et du lac, et proche de toutes les commodités. Très facile d’accès en voiture. Eliott, mon interlocuteur, a été très réactif suite à une petite panne électrique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement !

Cet appartement est certainement l’un des plus agréables dans lesquels nous ayons séjourné. L’appartement était impeccable, la déco pointue, et l’ambiance du jardin en font un lieu parfait pour un séjour reposant en famille ou entre amis à 5 min à pied de la plage d’Albigny, des locations de vélos, de petits commerces avec une excellente boulangerie à côté et 30 min du centre d’Annecy à pied. La résidence est moderne, aucun bruit et réveil avec vue sur les rosiers du jardin. Point important : malgré un week-end caniculaire avec pics de chaleurs à 32 degrés, la “petite” clim du salon est un Pingüino de Delonghi qui permet de rafraîchir suffisamment la maison et nous n’avons eu aucun mal à dormir (il suffit de laisser les portes des chambres entre ouvertes), il y a aussi un gros ventilateur Dyson dans chaque chambre en complément, ça fait largement l’affaire. En résumé séjour au top, authentique, et reposant! Merci Richard !

Le logement est beau, propre et fonctionnel. Les lits sont très confortables. L emplacement est super ! Pas loin des cinema Pathe et Bonlieu, à une dizaine de minutes du lac, 5 minutes de la gare, supérette à proximité. Communication facile avec Geo&Jo, ils sont réactifs et très gentils. Nous recommandons ce logement !! :)

Merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes les attentions pour que notre court séjour se passe bien. C’était une petite halte pour une seule nuit à l’occasion d’un mariage mais compte tenu du lieu ce serait parfait pour un séjour plus long .

Daniel’s place was perfect for our needs. We were able to walk to my conference at the Imperial Palace & also easily walk into the old town. There are plenty amenities close to the apartment & also a small drive away. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine which was useful as it was very hot during our visit. It was very clean and compact, with a lovely balcony for morning coffee. There is no WiFi, which was not a problem for us as we were out most of the time, but good to consider if this is something you require. Daniel was a great host, swift to reply to all communications. My French was tested to its limit, which was far more rewarding than many Duolingo lessons.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

Wir haben die Woche in Annecy sehr genossen: die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine sehr ruhige, kaum einsehbare Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge und einen kleinen Teil des Sees. Der sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Pool mit ebensolchem Poolhaus liegt nur wenige Meter vor der Terrasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz nah am Haus gefunden. Das Eingangstor zur Wohnanlage vermittelt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter sofort geantwortet und uns sehr attraktive Hinweise für Unternehmungen, Bäckereien, Lokale etc. gegeben. Wir können sehr empfehlen, mit dem Rad von der Wohnung über die Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun zum See und daran entlang zur Innenstadt zu radeln. Von unserer Seite gab es nichts zu kritisieren, wir können die Wohnung voll empfehlen!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.

Mb's place is conveniently located for sightseeing in Geneva with bus stops just 2-3mins away, and train station just 7 mins away. Combined with comfortable bed, clean & cozy spaces, his place made our trip in Geneva really enjoyable. We had fun making ourselves dinner too with all the cooking essentials readily available in the kitchen, and shopping of groceries can be done in Migros nearby. Apart from the amenities, Mb is also a great host, he remembers the details we shared before and showed us around the house when we checked in, the communication went really well. Would recommend this place if you're looking for a studio in Geneva.
