We loved staying at Anne’s place, the house is beautiful and designed very well. The pictures don’t do it justice, the garden is lush and beautiful and the views of the forrest are magical. She was communicating very well and was always available, even left us an amazing gift upon arrival. Would 10/10 stay here again.

A place in the countryside, just beautiful!! Everything is great! The studio is cozy, very well arranged with an amazing view! The wellness area is just great!!! Relaxation and rest guaranteed!! Chantal is such a sweet, approachable and caring person... I already want to go back! I would 100% recommend +++++++++

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important appliances are available. The barbecue is especially cool, which can even be used on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

We had a pleasant stay in Sevrier. The view from the house with the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The house was clean and well equipped. Communication with Alain was easy and enjoyable. We explored the very pretty area of Annecy. We recommend Alain's house!

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains. Such a lovely place to stay and unwind - I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Quiet, amazing views and a lovely forest nearby. I decided to hike from Annecy to Cuvat since I was there to walk and didn’t feel like I needed a car. It was doable, took about three hours, but you do need a car to get to the grocery store and the like. Luckily for me, Gilles was extremely kind and took me both to the store and back to Annecy on my last day. I’d definitely consider coming back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

"Soothing🥰". We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home immensely. As soon as we arrived, Ms. Catherine greeted us in a light rain, with great kindness. The stay was very pleasant, relaxing and quiet – perfect for a family getaway. A real dream to wake up to the sound of birdsong and fall asleep lulled by the rain. The house is in a great location, which allowed us to visit several cities nearby. For a first stay in Annecy, I found it magical. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.
