My best friend and I loved our stay at Stacey's place. It was squeaky clean, private and comfortable beds! We also appreciated the complimentary Netflix. Her place was a short drive to the charming town of Historic Hopewell.

We enjoyed our stay! It met our needs perfectly and we would definitely stay again if in the area. It is a basement apartment and we did hear people upstairs walking around, etc. Not bad but it woke me up once or twice.

Dina was so welcome and warm! We felt at home right away in her ground level suite. The apartment is clean, spacious, and convenient, within walking to shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Just of note, you do have to walk down a few steps upon entering the apartment, which are very sturdy and well-lit. I wholeheartedly recommend Dina’s place to anyone visiting Princeton!

What a fantastic find! The hosts were absolutely exceptional, making us feel so welcome. Our conversations were positive and enjoyable. The house was clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect home base with all the amenities needed. We truly lacked nothing! We'd love to come back!

Great place! Bruce was an excellent host — very clear instructions and quick to respond. We were no more than 20 minutes from all the hotspots (Rocky statue, Reading Terminal Market, etc) and the reserved parking spot came in clutch. Clean and cozy. Would stay here again!

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable, updated amenities, modern, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home. I would’ve been content w never leaving lol We enjoyed our stay sooo much, I was very sad to leave. The host was extremely kind and communicative. I didn’t have a single issue. We loved our stay at Arctis Acres! Peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and conveniently located, Arctis Acres is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a home base to explore the area. Nichole and Shawn are excellent hosts, having thought of everything a weary traveler might need - a comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom stocked with fluffy towels, and a nicely outfitted kitchen with tea and coffee. They even left macarons for us from a local bakery! I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway to explore the Delaware River towns. It's truly special!

This was our second time staying here! The communication is amazing, everything is always clean, and guaranteed to be a lot of fun. Great place to stay and a fantastic host. We will be back!

Wonderful place! It was just as described and would be a great place for a nice get away to Philly! Host was awesome and pool table looked like a lot of fun!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Philly to spend a few nights in.

We love the place. My wife and I my son came and looked at it and said it was also an awesome part of history how they refurbished a barn from the 1800 into a beautiful meat looking a historic place to stay very comfortable very roomy everything you would want or need

Me and my boyfriend had the pleasure of staying at Ian’s airbnb. There was road work so it was a little complicated to get in and out, but once we got that settled it was a breeze. Ian provided us with great instructions and even gave us recommendations of places to go to. The airbnb is exactly like it’s listed and perfect for two people. The neighbors in the attached home were extremely friendly and we had no issue with noise other than construction in the morning, but it was bearable since it wasn’t an all day thing. We had everything we needed at the airbnb like washer, dryer, heat and A/C as well as WI-FI! This place was a perfect weekend getaway and I’m so grateful that Ian was super responsive to help us with any questions we had!! Thank you so much Ian!! Great host!!!

Madeline’s place was perfect for our stay… we were able to leave our car keys behind and take short walks where ever we needed to go. I especially loved it this time of year because it wasn’t so crowded! This stay was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Seaside! We were visiting the area for an airshow at the base. Michaels place was a good find for us. It was clean and well lit. A nicely stocked kitchen and filled our needs.

Very nice distance from the beach, felt clean and cozy, great host made sure everything was good and up to standards, everything was as it was listed and it was a nice space, would 100% visit again.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

Kenneth was a great host. Will stay here again if the need arises. Very responsive and polite. Wide open and airy apartment which was very nice. Lots of space, very comfortable. Thank you Kenneth for giving us a memorable weekend at your place.
