Stayed in this cozy, thoughtfully appointed, and very convenient apartment for 3 nights. Cassandra was extremely accessible - easy to reach and very responsive. The apartment was simple to find and access… and sparkling clean. It was conveniently located to Carytown and VMFA. Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This is a great rental! Hosts were flexible and accommodating with my last-minute request. Beautiful apartment in the extremely popular Fan district of Richmond. I thought it was even nicer than the pictures. Street parking was always available even though it is on a block with popular restaurants. I was only there on weekdays so it might be a bit more spirited on the weekends. Local restaurants, bars and markets abound. If you don’t mind normal city noise, it was very peaceful. I slept like a rock. I could hear footsteps from the upstairs apartment occasionally but absolutely nothing disturbing. I slept in the middle bedroom. I can’t speak for the front bedroom because I didn’t need to use it. Full kitchen was a plus and I really appreciated the coffee. I was also grateful for the washer/dryer. There was just the right amount of signage and instructions throughout. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Had a great time in Williamsburg, VA. Staying at Michael’s place made it an easy place to rest and recharge in between activities. Having multiple pool options was delightful, we swam and soaked almost every night we were there. Sitting on the private back porch in the mornings with my coffee under the crepe Myrtle was idyllic. The entire place was super clean, inside and outside. And most importantly, the beds were high quality and comfortable!

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

Casey was nothing short of amazing! He responded quickly to messages and was even flexible with check in time, which was a life saver! The apartment was so clean, nicely decorated, and inviting! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well! 10/10 recommend! He even left a bottle of wine with a kind note ! The wine was delicious!

This was my first Airbnb stay. Mrs. Janet is very kind and when I had a question she responded in a short time. The house is very clean and quiet. it almost felt like I was there by myself. If I could give a 10 stars I would!

The Chester Plantation Inn is a beautiful and spacious property. My brother and I stayed here a few days while visiting friends in the area. Chris and Marisela are very friendly, informative, and accommodating. There are several rooms that you can enjoy to relax, including a library to read or play games. Outside has a beautiful fountain and patio with a lake next to the property. The house was beautiful and clean. Marisela shared a lot of history of the house as well as the area. The hospitality of Chris and Marisela was amazing, I highly recommend this property.

Robin was so sweet and helpful from the day I booked to the day I left . She made sure me and my family had everything we needed and more I would Recommend her place to anyone looking in the area . Nice super big comfy house if I ever come back to visit I will book again .

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood in the country. Minutes away from food and gas. Li Li responds quickly and was very accommodating.

I felt like I was staying with family. This loving couple is kind-hearted and sweet. The home is immaculate, clean, and smoke free, surrounded by beautiful greenery. The home is near a park, so if you like to jog or walk in the morning, you can do so. There is a cozy feeling in the living room and the bed is very comfortable. Michelle has some special little touches around the house. You can always count on her to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable with any questions, even concerns. Which is why this was my second time staying here. You won't regret staying at this place! There’s many restaurant near by as well! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Great value and great location! We loved the historic neighborhood. It's like having your own little efficiency apartment for the weekend. It has everything you need. The outside space on the porch is also nice in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Rarely is an Airbnb better than advertised. But Victoria’s listing of amenities said “no fridg” and “no washing machine” and “no Wi-Fi” but the home has all of these. And Victoria is personable and kind hearted and you can even see how much she cares for her pets. She gave us a choice of two rooms. The bed was very nice. The water was very warm.

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Beautiful tree lined street, with front and back porches to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. A house furnished with a lot of art to appreciate. Convenient to downtown, VCU and a host of amenities. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

this is a great place to stay. Roomy and comfortable. Having three bedrooms and four beds is a real find! The communication about check-in was great. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The host was very responsive when I messaged her. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending in Williamsburg, but this would be a very nice place to stay for longer period of time.

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place to stay! Exceptionally clean! The amenities were perfect! And, the host was wonderful!

Gayle’s place was perfect for our family of 7. Each bedroom having their bathroom was fantastic! The decor of the condo was fabulous, and the grounds were gorgeous! Great for a daily walk. The waters view was beautiful! There was every cleaning product you could ever want, which I loved. Whenever, I travel, I always re-wipe everything down (weird- but a bit of a germ a phobia ). Also, the condo is well stocked with all the essentials of a home away from home. The washer/dryer with stocked laundry detergent was a bonus. I went home with clean clothes.-jackpot! The condo is perfectly situated between all the attractions. Colonial Williamsburg, Merchant Square, Jamestown settlement, and Bush Gardens was a pretty and easy 10 -15 ride. Harris Teeter grocery store is 5 mins from Kingsmill. There was a Wawa and Dunkin close by as well. Gayle was most responsive. Any questions, I had, she got back to me immediately. One of the best vacation stays for us!
