New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Amy and William are very caring, responsive and concerned about the well-being of the guests they welcome. Thank you very much for this basket of delicious treats that was waiting for us on the table! Their cottage is beautiful, tastefully renovated and equipped with everything you need to stay. The bedding is very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious. The exteriors are very pleasant: the cottage is equipped with 2 private terraces at the front and back of the house; this allows you to always have a shady area to relax; as well as large common areas equipped with games and activities. During our stay, the weather was summery; and what a pleasure to return to the house that remains cool! We had a great family weekend there and will definitely come back to visit the area. You who read us, go there without a second thought: it's one of the best cottages we've stayed in. Well done Amy & William! Thanks again for everything.

Olivia is an amazing host! Available, a warm human relationship, exceptional ease of communication! Her accommodation is very pleasant to live in for a short or long period (for us it was a short one). You feel really good there, it is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable, functional, the bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, furniture make you have a wonderful time in the home. It is a house with character, due to its structure, its stones, its exposed beams, the stairs leading to the floor. The village is very charming and beautiful. Everyone takes care of it and it shows. The "bistro" is really worth a visit. Lots of nearby sites to visit and to stroll around. I highly recommend Olivia's home and the placement of the village of Faye-la-Vineuse. Thank you for this welcome and availability. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed. Céline and Vincent.

We had a great time with the family (there were 13 of us). The house is very nice, spacious, tastefully furnished and has a large quiet garden. The area is also rich in discoveries! A very nice place. 😊 Thank you to Camille for our exchanges and the possibility of being able to enter the house earlier!

Excellent stay in the outbuilding of Anne's house, at the back of a beautiful garden with trees and flowers. We loved the quiet place but close to Chinon, Richelieu. A very good restaurant a 5-min walk away. Very good hosting by Anne and her husband, who also kindly advised us. The area is very beautiful, many visits possible, we also enjoyed being able to rest, eat in the garden, read or enjoy the pool. Thank you!

Large property with pool - Touraine / Poitou

We had a wonderful time at Stanislas’ place. It was the perfect venue for our family to enjoy a week together, with great facilities for cooking large meals, lots of outside space and a lovely pool. When we turned up the WiFi wasn’t working which was a problem as I had chosen a place with WiFi because I had a few work calls to make during the week. Stanislas was very communicative and was able to sort something out quickly. Highly recommended.
