Welcome to Roza's accommodation in the beautiful town of Primosten (Sibenik). Primošten is an ideal place to create new memories with your loved ones. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The beach is 800 m away from you. The accommodation is equipped with all the appliances and supplies needed for a relaxing holiday: air conditioners, TV, internet, washing machine, ironing machine, hair dryer, toaster, kettle. Each room has air conditioning and electric blinds. Parking is also available.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Highway To Hell

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Our house is located in PRIMOSTEN, and from the balcony there is a wonderful view of the sea and the picturesque old town. Approximately 85 m² apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi, 3 air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), parking. 350 m from the sea, only a few minutes' walk.

The typical historical Croatian house with heated pool is the perfect get away for those who love nature and all its peace. With only a 10 minute drive by car you can take a relaxing swim in the Adriatiac sea and visit Primosten center. Overall we kept the authencity of the house but with a modern twist.

Only 12m2 large studio inside a miniature house in our backyard. Studio is equipped with air conditioner, WiFi & Apple TV. Infront of the studio you have a private pavilion where you can enjoy your morning coffee or maybe an evening glass of wine. ;)
