Welcome to Roza's accommodation in the beautiful town of Primosten (Sibenik). Primošten is an ideal place to create new memories with your loved ones. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The beach is 800 m away from you. The accommodation is equipped with all the appliances and supplies needed for a relaxing holiday: air conditioners, TV, internet, washing machine, ironing machine, hair dryer, toaster, kettle. Each room has air conditioning and electric blinds. Parking is also available.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with a shower, thoroughly equipped kitchen with dinning table, sitting area with the sofa and a large southern sunny 25m2 terrace with sitting area covered with a parasol. The terrace is suitable for children to play or group of adults to chill over a glass of wine or beer. The apartment has flat, cable TV and the fast high speed WiFi internet.

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.
