What a wonderful hidden gem tucked away in the midst of a busy city! Fran's place was incredibly welcoming and a cool, refreshing haven on a very hot day. Her communication was outstanding — especially her thoughtful tips and highlights about the local area. It made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and extra memorable!

Everything was great! Darija was very kind and responded quickly, giving us helpful advice on what to visit in Split and the best ways to get there. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was located in a quiet area where we felt safe, which was very important for us. We definitely recommend it!

The host was kind. We arrived with a small dog for which we didn't have to pay an extra fee. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean, close to the beach, shop ,restaurant. The host was waiting for us with chilled drinks,coffee , and fruit. I recommend it to others!

Great location to get anywhere in Split. We came by ferry and had an easy walk to the apartment. Maja left detailed instructions including pictures so we found it quickly. Close to all Split has to offer - would stay again.

Excellent apartment right next to split city center. The place has a cute little balcony and everything we needed. Very cozy and homey feeling, and the host gave us some very good food recommendations.

Our stay in Split was absolutely amazing! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the Old Town, Diocletian’s Palace, and the waterfront. It was the ideal base for exploring the city and nearby islands. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and even helping us arrange a boat tour. The apartment had everything we needed, including strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning (a must in the summer!), and a comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony with a view. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended for anyone visiting Split!

We are so happy with our choice to stay at this beautiful apartment at Villa Sea Breeze! Laura collected us from the airport which was a super nice start to the holiday as we didn’t have to worry about finding our way and price was great too. She gave us lots of info on the journey. The apartment, pool, games room, sauna and hot tub are exactly as described, and everywhere was SO clean! We made use of all facilities! We loved being just a little outside of Split centre and used Uber to get around the whole time, which was very easy and cost effective. On arrival there was a beautiful lunch in the fridge, all local produce snd delicious. Mid week we got a surprise message at 9 from Marija to say there were hot pancakes outside our door😋😋 Then on leaving this morning we had a bag of local treats as a gift. The beach renovation is finished and looks amazing! Just be aware there are no cafe bars/facilities open yet but everyone said they are planning to be soon. We loved it, thank you!

Thanks to Nena and Dusan, we had an extraordinary week!! Our kids loved it too. Between the extremely warm welcome they have given us, all the activities that this place allows (swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, gym, the very wooded garden to relax) and the proximity to remarkable sites (KRKA National Park 20 min away and the PLITVICE lakes at 2 hours) nothing was missing for this holiday!! In addition, the apartment, which is even better in reality, is really spacious, and extremely well-equipped. We are really grateful for their sense of hospitality, their kindness of every moment, their generosity and kindness to the test, and all these very good moments of sharing (our dinners and aperitifs will remain engraved in our minds.) We are already thinking about our next visit!!!! ( Unless they decide to visit us in Paris🥰)

We spent 14 wonderful quiet and relaxing days on Brac. Ana and Goran's apartment was a very nice starting point for discovering the island to which we were always very happy to return in the evening. In advance, Ana and Goran provided us with a lot of tips for our stay, but we could not all perceive them. There were several reasons for this. We had hoped for beach weather with warm water for mid-October and would not be disappointed. We had the beaches almost to ourselves due to the advanced season. We enjoyed this tranquility on the beaches and the beautiful weather. However, the small downside of the tranquility was that the bars on the beaches were all closed and also many restaurants in the places were already closed. But there was still plenty of choice and then we had Ana and Goran's very well-equipped kitchen. The suburb contact Gianni is very personable and helpful.

The accommodation was impeccably clean, our mother and torolkozo were also included in a more toe set (we were 2 weeks), but Ines solved it, we got in there for 30 minutes from the phone. The parking lot is Korulmenyes, the barbecue is quiet and clean.

This is one little paradise. The house is located in a quiet part of the Basine near the town of Vrboska. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. During the day, you'll enjoy a courtyard full of flowers and the most beautiful color of the sea. And at night, you'll only hear the waves. This beauty can't be painted so you expect everything to be MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the pictures.

The place was great in a good location if you want to have a peaceful and quiet stay while being able to reach anywhere around the city and islands. The beach close by is very peaceful and perfect for a morning swim. Would 100% recommend!

I had a great stay at Dario’s apartment, it’s in a very convenient location and you can walk right along the coastline. He was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s planning to visit Split!

This villa is absolutely beautiful! With bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms across all 3 floors, we had a great time in our large group of 12 people - we all had our own privacy and the multiple common areas were all amazing spaces. The hosts were so lovely and happy to help with all requests, helping us book taxis, recommending restaurants and meeting us to check in and show us around. We loved this villa and area and I hope we can stay again!

We had a wonderful week here! The place was fantastic and exactly as described. The beds sleep well (bring DEET against the mosquitoes), the bathrooms are neat. The kitchen is also in order, with dishwasher and good refrigerator, otherwise quite basic. Near the apartment you can swim in the sea, the coast is beautiful. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. Nearby, there is plenty to do, a car is indispensable. Parking at the apartment was a challenge for us because the road is steep.

We spent 6 days in Ivana's house. Ivana and Mirko were always super easy to reach. The house, the pool and the entire surroundings are really beautiful. Despite the fact that the house is on top of the mountain, you can get to the beach in 15 minutes and to Split in 30 minutes. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will definitely find it in the beautiful house and property of Ivana. We were actually outside the whole time, as the pool house offers everything you need. We will definitely come back to Ivana. Thanks again for a great stay Luca

We had a really great time at this place! From the beginning, Kristian, the hostess's son, looked after us very warmly. He explained everything in detail and accurately, was always helpful, hospitable and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was wonderful – quiet, private and relaxed. We were able to enjoy the stay to the fullest, completely undisturbed and for ourselves. The place was very clean and well equipped – it had everything you need as a traveler. The absolute highlight was of course the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where you could relax perfectly. Whether in the morning or in the evening – the surroundings were simply fantastic. We're so glad we booked this pool house. It was an unforgettable vacation that we would repeat at any time. Thank you for everything!

We were received very nicely, we were shown the place and everything was explained, everything was very easy to maintain and the place was very clean. Due to the location, you have quite a few beetles and moths on and over night also in the pool, but this was not a big problem as you have a net for the pool. The host is very focused on customer satisfaction and available at all times. An unforgettable vacation and I and my friends will be happy to come back.

The Experience was absolutely great. A fabulous place to stay on holiday especially with all your friends. Everything was perfect, especially with the pool to keep up cool with the hot weather.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.
