This new, modern house is located in Zemunik Donji, 10 km from Zadar. An ideal choice for families with children. It is located on a fenced property with a swimming pool, lawn, barbecue and large parking lot. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and a TV. Wifi is available throughout the house. Within an hour's drive from the house are the cities of Zadar, Nin, Biograd, National Parks Paklenica and Krka, and many other attractive locations. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
