Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The Luxury Residence Metlika features a spacious bedroom, a living room with wellness and kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped for two people and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with modern and all necessary cooking equipment. There's a wood-burning fireplace on the ground floor. The house is close to the highway exit, about 10 minutes. If 6 or more people arrive, the price is 150€.
