What can we say! WOW. Carinthia is gorgeous. Absolutely lovely upstairs apartment with all the amenities you could want and more. Huge living space with beautiful views out over the hills and chooks in the yard, oh and cats which we loved. Very functional kitchen including oven, cook top, bench toaster oven, Nespresso machine, fridge and dedicated guests shelf in freezer. Large Bathroom with nice big shower. Main bedroom is good size and has very comfy bed and good blackout blinds over the skylights. Heaps of storage for longer stay. Gerit and her family are super friendly and accommodating to our change in circumstances during our stay. We definitely recommend this host family, the apartment and also the gorgeous surroundings in Carinthia and Kraig. If you like Castles and ruins then you will love this area of Austria. So much to see. Thank you Gerit , Rudi and Jana for the hospitailty and traditional Austrian dinner. We might see you in New Zealand one day.

A sterile clean apartment. It met our expectations of rest during the trip.

Everything was fine. You can check in anytime thanks to the key box. The garden is nicer than the pictures, it is really spacious and beautiful. The place is fully equipped. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

It is a great flat, and Nicholas was an amazing host. I have stayed for almost 2 months. There is a lot of light in the flat and at the same time this is not a sunny side, which in particular perfect for the summer, and even if it is over 30 outside for a week in a row, one can still live and work there without air conditioning. The table is very comfortable, and one can work there very well (I am a scientist and this was important for me). The bed is very good. The communication with the host was great - I could obtain the keys from the postbox and all the documents needed for the registration at the registration office very soon. That was a great stay!

We highly recommend this property. It is a little paradise, especially for children. The apartment is a feel-good place, Tamara and Thomas are great hosts, the farm with the animals is great. The children can pet and feed the animals or drive with the tractors. There are many excursion destinations in the region. We will be happy to come back.

The house is very spacious and large, has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, we were all greeted neatly and clean. There are cooking and baking dishes in the house, so you can just as if you were at home. The house is located just outside the city, so it is not very busy, and it is very close (approx.2 min) and a bus stop for a direct line to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great value for the stay.

We had a great stay at this lovely place. The rooms were modernly furnished, nothing was missing. Belonging to the property is a posh seafood restaurant where you can sit and dine in a great garden. Guests of the property get a 10% discount...a great touch! The man behind the counter was extremely friendly and always happy to help! All around a great stay!! We really enjoyed the time...

Where should I start? With the good communication and the information that always arrived on time and was relevant? With the stunning location of the chalet and the breathtaking view from the balcony? With the coziness of the accommodation? We spent a few wonderful days in this little house and we felt like home. The village is quiet and lots of walks and tours start literally from the front door. The surroundings are spectacular. There’s plenty to discover. We would definitely return, the house has everything one might need, including a room where one can work if they have to, with a screen and a desk.
