Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur cycle path ... an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. Waldhütte KOSAK | Secluded location on the Alm

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
