Place as described. The house has everything you need, from dish, cutlery, glasses, barbecue skewers, etc. all rooms have air conditioning. Very safe house with high walls blocked by sharp wires, as well as security cameras outside the house. We spent the end of the year with family and friends and had nothing to complain about. A very polite and helpful host, she made us feel comfortable at checkout time, being able to leave later. Tip: You can rent without fear.

The stay at Estevão's house was great , it was 5 nights unfortunately, if I could be more after all his house is equipped to stay as long as you need, the house has everything described, everything works perfectly, Estevão and his wife were impeccable as hosts , the house is in a super quiet condominium, there were two blessed, Thank you Estevão, I and my brothers love, as soon as we can get back.

The apartment is very well located, with a wonderful view! Spacious, cozy and everything clean and organized! Kitchen complete! Angela, Plínio and Rosangela paid all their attention, always responding to us quickly! We feel at home! We'll be back!

We really like Gabriel's flat. The place is very quiet, and the room with the curtain closed is very dark, it seems that the day never dawns. The two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen room, were fundamental these days that the heat was at full steam. The pool, though small and shallow, was also wonderful to cool off, and we used it a lot. The condominium is in front of the beach, but the house inside the condominium is a little distant, so we received the wonderful tip from Maristela, the homemade, who told us to go by car to the concierge and leave the car inside the condominium, in security, under the various trees that exist there, then it was just passing through the concierge and we were already in the beach. Valuable tip, because the sun was popping castor. Anyway, Gabriel's flat is great for a couple to spend unforgettable moments for two. We love it.

Chácara has a very good location. The place is spacious, cute, and comfortable. Sleeps 14 well. We held a meeting of 10 friends and it was wonderful!

Spacious house, comfortable air-conditioned rooms, very tasty outdoor area and large pool! It is noteworthy that the house has accessibility for people with special needs, adequate room and bathroom with support bars, wide doors and ramp for access to the outdoor area (leisure) .
