Place as described. The house has everything you need, from dish, cutlery, glasses, barbecue skewers, etc. all rooms have air conditioning. Very safe house with high walls blocked by sharp wires, as well as security cameras outside the house. We spent the end of the year with family and friends and had nothing to complain about. A very polite and helpful host, she made us feel comfortable at checkout time, being able to leave later. Tip: You can rent without fear.

Great local, heated pool, easy access to the city sights, large rooms, air conditioning well suits the rooms, fantastic stove and oven, little market with bakery next to the house with good price, just don't forget to bring bedding. I recommend the house and the city, a delight.

We really like Gabriel's flat. The place is very quiet, and the room with the curtain closed is very dark, it seems that the day never dawns. The two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen room, were fundamental these days that the heat was at full steam. The pool, though small and shallow, was also wonderful to cool off, and we used it a lot. The condominium is in front of the beach, but the house inside the condominium is a little distant, so we received the wonderful tip from Maristela, the homemade, who told us to go by car to the concierge and leave the car inside the condominium, in security, under the various trees that exist there, then it was just passing through the concierge and we were already in the beach. Valuable tip, because the sun was popping castor. Anyway, Gabriel's flat is great for a couple to spend unforgettable moments for two. We love it.

Chácara has a very good location. The place is spacious, cute, and comfortable. Sleeps 14 well. We held a meeting of 10 friends and it was wonderful!

Luiz was very attentive and kind, made our stay impeccable, I recommend without doubt the atmosphere is very pleasant to feel at home, literally.

It was a perfect stay, cozy house, functional equipped with everything necessary for the guest's comfort. Our carnival was too special. The hosts are super attentive, respond quickly and give us solutions for any and all mishaps that arise. It is well worth it.

Daniele/ Dona Ivone's house is very organized. It has plenty of space, greenery, an orchard, hammocks, a kitchen with utensils, a new barbecue. We love your stay , I recommend!
