Located in front of the Paraná River and two of its islands, in Pres. Epitácio. We are in a gated community with a beautiful beach in front of the house. It has an upper deck with a wonderful view of the river and the sunset, which has been elected "The most beautiful in Brazil." Three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites (all with air-conditioning) and a social bathroom. Close to excellent boat rental options for fishing. 16 minutes from Pres. Beautiful Ranch on the banks of the Paraná River, residential with access to the river, 18 km from the city center. An ideal family environment for rest and leisure. Contains 3 bedrooms, including 2 en-suites, all with air-conditioning, bedding, a kitchen with all appliances, a large living room, a gourmet area, a refrigerator with a glass door, a freezer, a pool table, a barbecue, a swimming pool with a children's area, a shower, an electronic gate, and Wi-Fi. I do not provide towels, blankets, or a bed sheet.

Relax with the whole family at this apartment with incredible views on the Presidente Epitácio waterfront. It is perfect for those looking to connect with nature, located in front of the Paraná River, close to freshwater beaches and many entertainment options close to the site. The apartment has 2 en-suites (1 with a double bed and air-conditioning and 1 with a sofa bed for two people and air-conditioning), 1 comfortable sofa for two people in the living room with a fan and 1 extra smaller mattress.

If you want to arrive Saturday morning and leave Sunday at the end of the day, select only Saturday as a daily rate and talk to me. It will be considered a day and a half. If you are looking for a smaller space, look for Casa Alta Flat here on AirBnB. House equipped with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. Air-conditioning in all rooms, an ice maker, a beer maker, 3 televisions and a security camera in the outdoor area. Excessive noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. Subject to a condominium fine.

Rancho Por Do Sol Residential Lagoa São Paulo.

Fantastic hosting, from the first contact to the end of the lease. Giovanna responds super fast, and we were very well received by her parents. The place is even more beautiful in person, the house was impeccably clean and had all the kitchen utensils.

Place as described. The house has everything you need, from dish, cutlery, glasses, barbecue skewers, etc. all rooms have air conditioning. Very safe house with high walls blocked by sharp wires, as well as security cameras outside the house. We spent the end of the year with family and friends and had nothing to complain about. A very polite and helpful host, she made us feel comfortable at checkout time, being able to leave later. Tip: You can rent without fear.

Ranch with beach in front of the Ranch

Diogo is very attentive and polite, the ranch was organized the ranch is simple is growing, for those who like nature the place is ideal and very tasty. At first the place accommodates 6 people inside the room,we were in 9 people and we didn't take a tent for this reason we got a little cramped. Myself and my family were welcomed, we enjoyed a lot. i believe that the rooms will soon be enlarged.

Airport Ranch

the house is exactly as described, clean, organized, everything in perfect working order. Local is near the beach and other tourist sites. host welcomed us super well and was very proactive. The rooms are small but very well organized. I recommend.

Rancho Recanto da Vovó Cida (Grandma Cida's Ranch)

We were very well received by Alan's wife, the house is excellent,as in the photos, it has everything necessary in the kitchen, comfortable rooms with great air conditioning, garage for 2 cars. It is located 10 km away from the city with a piece of road on the ground, it is quiet and the river entrance is close, it has several inns offering boats for fishing. There is no trade in the region, you need to make a good purchase in the market so you don't have to leave, the cost benefit is very worth it!
