Fabiana is very solicitous, flexible and kind. The house is really like in the ad, we went with friends to fish and I only missed a larger freezer for drinks and fish, otherwise the house is very complete. Great value for money

Located in front of the Paraná River and two of its islands, in Pres. Epitácio. We are in a gated community with a beautiful beach in front of the house. It has an upper deck with a wonderful view of the river and the sunset, which has been elected "The most beautiful in Brazil." Three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites (all with air-conditioning) and a social bathroom. Close to excellent boat rental options for fishing. 16 minutes from Pres. Excellent house very well built and decorated, with rustic furniture, in a quiet place, great choice for parties and also for rest. Only 1.3 meters from Prainha, Pier, Sambódromo, Municipal Disembarkation for boats, Airport. With two suites accommodating 4 people in each, an American kitchen, laundry, clothesline, barbecue, outdoor bathroom, swimming pool, backyard with grass, and a beautiful pergola for garage (up to 4 cars). It is well worth knowing! We are waiting for your visit....

Place as described. The house has everything you need, from dish, cutlery, glasses, barbecue skewers, etc. all rooms have air conditioning. Very safe house with high walls blocked by sharp wires, as well as security cameras outside the house. We spent the end of the year with family and friends and had nothing to complain about. A very polite and helpful host, she made us feel comfortable at checkout time, being able to leave later. Tip: You can rent without fear.

Excellent stay. José is very helpful and the space is wonderful. The highlight was her beautiful and well-behaved dog! We'll be back for sure.
