Monthly Rentals in Prescott

Renfu and Ying are super hosts. To any questions we had, they responded in a heartbeat. We conveniently got to access the property a bit earlier and they were even mailing us a personal item which we unfortunately left behind. We would recommend this spacious and neatly kept home to anyone - the kayaks you can take out while on vacation are a fun addition. Thank you Renfu and Ying :)

We were disappointed that the outdoor staircase, which is the entrance and exit to the property, had not been cleared of ice and snow before we arrived and were only completely cleared after we asked the following day. It should also be noted that the apartment has two different levels inside (not mentioned in the description) so the occupants need to be able to constantly negotiate steps.

Aimee was very quick in answering any questions we had. She made it very easy. The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen is modern and the rest of the house in older and full of character. Walking around the area was very scenic, with the water near by but also the old houses, one house down the road was built in the 1870’s. So beautiful . It was an enjoyable time for all of us. We loved this place! It was absolutely delightful! Ben and Jess have done an incredible job curating a fun fifties themed home. I’m amazed at how they were able to create both a space comfortable to live in, while at the same time, a place you can’t stop exploring. And I was honestly amazed at how clean it felt, considering all of the antiques! You can tell they genuinely take pride in their Airbnb. They did a fantastic job creating a full experience from the moment you walked in the door. (I won’t give any spoilers!) We would definitely love to return for another stay if we are ever in the area again.
