We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this great place for the 2nd time and it was definitely not the last time. Anna is a super hostess and you immediately feel very comfortable. The place is an oasis of peace and you can relax. Anna was always available and check-in is straightforward and independent. Dear Anna, thank you for everything and see you next time. The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

Alfons and his family are wonderful and very likeable hosts. The accommodation is uniquely maintained and beautiful; there was everything your heart desired. A wonderful terrace and a balcony with great distant views rounded it all off. In a secluded location. The special highlight is the adjacent deer enclosure. In the middle of the countryside with wonderful scenery, but still only a few minutes drive from downtown Graz. If we go back to Graz, we will definitely come back, thank you very much.

For me, it was really great. Landlord was friendly, helpful. Apartment is clean and cozy. Although not very modern, but as indicated on Foros. I can really recommend it.

Christine is a wonderful host. She has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. It is spacious and the views are phenomenal. The location is a dream; it is peaceful and like a picture yet close to city centre. Christine is a warm and friendly person and we felt at home.

Our vacation was just great! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a very nice location. The service was first-class – always friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks and greetings to Katharina's parents. The communal barbecue was a nice communal exchange. Without asking, we received an extra room due to our group size. Thus, everyone had their own bed and some privacy. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of comfort, service and the beautiful surroundings made this vacation a very nice experience. A clear recommendation, also as a group!
