Malgré une arrivée tardive, Cindy a pris le temps de bien nous montrer le logement et nous l’en remercions pour cette attention, le logement est très agréable, aux beaux jours ça doit être un plaisir d’y aller, pour nous c’était un court séjour donc pas eu trop le temps d’explorer les environs, je recommande pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité et les bon air.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pénélope. Une petite maison neuve au calme tout près d'Oléron. La maison est très agréable, et très joliment décorée ! La literie est excellente. Notre hôte était disponible et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement et n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Heureuse de mon séjour en famille avec mon petit chat chez Mélanie et Benoit ,un logement lumineux ,propre ,fonctionnel calme ,et reposant avec tout a proximité je ne connaissais pas Royan mais nous avons pu faire tout à pied et passer de bons moments hâte d’y revenir ! Un séjour idyllique dans une maison proche de la plage et en même temps très au calme, un peu hors du temps. Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer, partager des bons moments en famille. Des propriétaires aux petits soins, d’une grande gentillesse et très réactifs. Nous sommes partis à regret et y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir!

Check In per Schlüsselbox problemlos. Das Haus liegt in einem Hinterhof und ist durch eine recht enge Durchfahrt erreichbar. Wir waren in einem BMW X3 unterwegs und man muss zur Einfahrt in die offene Garage ein wenig rangieren, aber es ist machbar. Da alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Restaurants und der Strand zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar sind, blieb das Auto die ganze Woche stehen. Das Haus ist relativ neu und gut gebaut und ausgestattet. Die untere Etage mit Wohnraum und offener Küche hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad und auch eine Toilette und ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. In der oberen Etage befinden sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer für bis zu 4 Kinder mit 2 Stockbetten, ein Bad und eine Toilette. Hier sind Elektroheizkörper. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen und auch einen Gasgrill. Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Valery hat uns besucht und persönlich begrüßt. Alles in Allem top.

Christophe est un hôte très accueillant et agréable. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée et bien rangé. Christophe a pris le temps de nous expliquer les activités aux alentours avec un plan, merci à lui. Très bien équipé avec un enfant lit bébé, chaise haute, reducteur wc, quelques jeux et même une draisienne mis à disposition le top du top pour des parents. Le quartier est très calme et agréable. La situation est idéale si vous voulez visiter les alentours on est idéalement placé ! La maison est également très bien équipée !

La maison est vraiment très spacieuse. Nous étions à 3 couples avec enfants et cela n'a posé aucun problème de place. Très belle terrasse et superbe piscine! Vanessa est très réactive et nous a rapidement régler un problème en envoyant une personne de confiance. Ce fut un très bon séjour. Honnêtement le seul petit bémol peut être l'emplacement puisque vous serez vraiment au milieu de nul part. Il faut une bonne demi heure de route pour trouver des centres d'intérêts. Mais cela peut également être un point fort pour des personnes qui cherchent justement ce calme ! Le plus: Des nuits étoilées d'exceptions!

beautiful, well equipped house about half an hour walking from the beach. the big situatie were the two bikes that we could use, perfect to get around with! we loved our stay here! just be aware not to follow Google Maps, it takes you into the sand at the backside of the house.
