Very quiet location on the edge of a small settlement directly on a bike path that leads along both sides of the lake, kiosk with inexpensive dishes on the bike path, ideal location for bikers and hikers, train stop nearby. The house has been extensively renovated, the apartment is very spacious and modernly furnished, the bathroom is sparkling clean. A well-developed network of bike paths opens up the surroundings. Sights such as the Schwarzenberger Canal, birthplace of Adalbert Stifter in Oberplan, Adalbert Stifter Park with observation tower, the Moorpfad of Olsina are within reach. The town centers of Rosenberg (castle), Vissy Brod (Cistercian monastery castle) and Krumau (castle and town surrounded by the Vltava) are worth a trip. Miroslav rents SUPs and boats, a well-kept beach on the lake is within walking distance. Boat tours on the Vltava increase the recreational value.

We stayed over new year's eve and felt so much at home at Petra's place. Petra is very friendly and welcoming, her dog Kurti is very lovable and cute, and the atmosphere at Petra's place is very unique and calming. Petra prepared a bonfire for the guests at midnight on the wonderful stone terrace and we had the best transition into 2025 that we could have hoped for. Danke Petra!

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

Great apartment - you really have everything you need! It was very clean & cozy, plus the location is perfect for going into town or walking along the Danube incl. Private parking right in front of the door, which is really rare in Linz. Vladimir and his mother welcomed us personally.They are very friendly and helpful.We were allowed to bring our dog, which we found very accommodating since pets are actually not allowed because of the cat.Thank you again for that.

We had a very nice time in Plav. Unfortunately, we did not meet Lucie personally but she was always available for our concerns. The place was super for us - a large garden where the kids could play and 100m away a swimming spot on a river with children's playground. Amenities of the house were also great. We felt very comfortable!

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The most important utensils were available, even toys and a travel cot, as well as children's plates and mugs were to be found. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. Surroundings is quiet with a great backdrop on the lake.

Beautiful holiday home on the Moldau reservoir

We stayed one week with two families (4 children) and had a great time. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Home away from home. We had lovely weather all week (29°) so really enjoyed swimming in the lake. It was also not crowded because most of the houses are from private owners. We also used the bbq twice. Although it was warm outside the house stayed cool. We slept with windows open for a cool breeze. Loved the insectsreens at the windows and the door at the living room. There were a lot of wasps and mosquitoes outside.
