The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Vacation home in a secluded location plus farm experience

Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available to you. Guests especially appreciate the nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. But our municipality has also received an award for air quality

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Vacation at almost 1,300 m above sea level - where the air is clear and the view is fantastic, is our organic farm. With fantastic views of the idyllic Weißpriachtal and quietly located, the Schlicknhof is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing tours. The newly renovated apartments, furnished by the carpenter, offer relaxation, tranquility and fun for children, modern amenities, farm's own organic products and much more!

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
