Vacation rentals with a patio in Prättigau/Davos District

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Super flexibler Check-out!!! Wir waren mehr als happy! Es wird jedoch ein Auto benötigt, um zu den umliegenden Skigebieten zu gelangen.

Der Kontakt mit Riccardo war angenehm und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

What a wonderful home and location. Thank you Daniel and Moni for your welcome and communication. We enjoyed the spaces in the apartment. A treat having four bedrooms for a family of four. The lounge/dining area has mountain views inside and even better from the balcony. The sofa is big enough for all to relax at once. The kitchen had all I needed for simple dinners. We also appreciated the outside space and whirlpool.

Rebecca è stata molto gentile e ci ha sempre prontamente risposto a tutte le nostre domande. L’appartamento corrisponde a quanto descritto. Molto pulito e attrezzato. Lo consiglio a tutti, posizione ortima vicino a fermata autobus e a pochi passi dal Parsenn. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Die Lage ist super, mittendrin und das Auto blieb meist stehen (außer zu den Liften). Die Kommunikation mit Cindy war bestens (schnell, hilfsbereit und nett). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

An absolute gem in Zernez! This beautiful apartment stole our hearts. It’s incredibly spacious, with tall ceilings and a bright, cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like a dream home. The spectacular views from the windows are breathtaking, with the charming town, nearby river, and gorgeous trails just outside the door. The bathrooms are big and luxurious, and every detail in the apartment reflects so much heart and care. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for exploring nature or simply soaking in the beauty of this quaint, picturesque town. We honestly wish this was our home! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Swiss Alps.

El apartamento es perfecto, calidad precio totalmente. Tiene todo nuevo, super limpio y no le falta detalle ni comodidades. Te sientes muy a gusto, además la ubicación es cómoda para moverte y las vistas son preciosas. Cerca tienes rutas de senderismo super bonitas. Lo recomiendo cien por cien, volveria sin pensarlo!

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Waren zum zweiten Mal im Winter da. Mit der guten ÖV-Anbindung und direktem Zugang zur Loipe ist es für Wintersport ideal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Haus. Gastgeber/in sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem privaten Haus! Ein sehr gemütlicher, sauberer und gepflegter Ort. Besonders gut haben uns die Sauna und der Grillbereich gefallen – perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder der Familie. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Schwimmbad, wo wir ebenfalls eine tolle Zeit hatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 7 Leuten (ideale Geuppengröße) zu Gast bei Verena und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Besonders bei der Ausstattung des Hauses bleiben keinerlei Wünsche offen. Zum Skibus geht’s ein kleines Stück den Hang runter und man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Gotschna-Bahn. Verena selber war telefonisch super zu erreichen. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I had a wonderful stay in Stuart and Lara’s spacious and beautiful chalet. Extremely comfortable, fully equipped and the views are breathtaking. It was amazing to have the full mountain feel and also have such easy access to Davos slopes and apres activities. Our stay was too short so we will definitely return again for longer. Thank you again Lara & Stuart for being so responsive to our needs during our stay.

Very nice modern apartment close to the gondola. It has all you need, perhaps even more than that. Our family enjoyed the stay and Matt was always readily able to advise.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Geräumiges und sauberes Badezimmer. Auch die Küche war sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen augestattet. Zuvorkommender Gastgeber und gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert :)

Super Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick, großzügige Wohnfläche. Großartig ausgestattete Küche. Top Skiraum und den Luxus, mit dem Aufzug, von der Garage direkt in die Wohnung zu fahren.

My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, cozy, fully furnished and decorated, better than in the pictures. It has all the equipment needed to have meals home if needed, including fondue pot, Nespresso machines, wine glasses... The location is the next to a bus station, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parsenn station is max 10 min walking. In the same road, 5 min walking there also a nice restaurant. We had good time, Mary was very kind and helpful in advising activities and restaurant for out 2 year son, even provided toys and a sledge for him. We got also flexibility on check out as the flat was not booked after us. Fully recommended for a stay in Davos. Thank you.

The house was amazing - very comfortable for a group of 6 people, clean, and easy access to Serneus or Klosters ski area with the free bus, 5 min walk from the house. It is fully equipped and Zsuzsanna was easy to communicate with. A great stay near Davos!
